Our best beat writer has a tweet about it.

I'd be totally fine with that. I'm not big on giving up our own draft picks, but would love to see Exum with Kidd as his mentor.

I was listening to Jody on the radio and he said he hoped we would trade for Middleton, but I spun it as there has been talks between the FO. Some of them are freaking out now lol."

Why would Utah trade Exum, exactly?

Just curious as to why the Bucks did not talk to him about an extension earlier.

Based on his contract status I don't believe they were allowed to. Could be wrong though.

It also seemed they wanted to make sure they knew what they had in him. Kidd had him riding the pine early in the season when he was trying to force his own offense. Now that he's settled into his role, he's become extremely valuable. Reminds my of Rip with his turnaround jumper and coming off of screens.

He's Rip with better 3 and D capabilities.

But if you work at the Cousins Center you must work for the Bucks and are posting stuff on here directly I doubt you will have a job long.

He could be a priest or alter boy....lots of people work at the Cousins Center

Are people taking the joke interaction I had with JayMKE after he said that he worked at a Cousins sandwich shop (and I replied with, you mean Cousins Center?) as an actual rumor that he works at the Cousins Center now? Or am I missing another detail in the lengthy thread?

You know people here man, somehow me doing side jobs for the Bucks because they are loaded with the arena deal, medical center, training center, among many other business ordeals, that I somehow am an employee at the CC. I am a college student who has had the privilege to talk to many members of the Bucks FO as well as Lasry and Edens.

All the info I share is scraped discussion, I made sure it was okay for me to share these before I did. Honestly, wish I was as privileged as BP to have a deeper inside source to share info with you guys. I think the deadline discussion here is lackluster without his inside info.

Not sure if this was addressed between pages 178 & 280 (I was forced to skip ahead) but losing his Bird Rights wouldn't be hugely significant for a team like us that will be expected to be operating with significant cap space. If his bird rights would be attached, our cap space would be even further reduced prior to signing him due to a larger cap hit.

We would not have the advantage of being able to offer an additional year and a higher annual raise, compared to other teams, but that would also be the case if we didn't trade for him and pursued him as an unrestricted free agent.

It is his UFA status that is the biggest deterrent for me as far as being comfortable giving up significant value in a trade to acquire him

He told the board that he works there a few months ago.

Thanks for sharing whatever info you have. BP is no longer, and the board can get dull without some juicy rumors to hash out.

He has the absolute lowest net production number of anyone in the entire NBA who was played at least 20 games and averaged at least 20 minutes per game. He's like several times as raw as Gianis was last season.

If we trade Middleton for Kanter, I am going to lose it.

I really hope those rumors are just message board bs.

Jay "quoted" me and took out the words "the... Center" to read "Cousins" to belittle the idea that G_P works at the CC. But he previously shared that his source was due to work there. I fully believe that he does, it's not that strange.

Just for kicks- Jabari, Ersan and Mayo to Utah for Gordon Hayward and Enes Kanter.

Knight/Bayless
Middleton/Hayward
Hayward/Giannis/Dudley
Giannis/Dudley/Martin
Kanter/Henson/Zaza

That squad is tough to guard.

I will be livid if we ipso facto prioritize Knight over Middleton. Middleton should be close to "reasonably" untouchable.

I like the info we get from anyone. Wichmae went crazy in this thread and threw out a ton of rumors that, right now, aren't looking like they will come true. Regardless, I do think people hear things so I am happy to hear them second hand even if they never come close to true.

So I hope people like GP and Wichmae never stop posting because it's fun to think about the possibilities.

Our 2015 first, Clips first, Middleton, and Henson for Exum, Kanter, and a second.
The Bulls are the absolute worst.

It's the latter. Not a rumor at all, just someone trolling a message board.

If we even think about trading Jabari, I will never root for this team again. He will be our best player in two years, right with Giannis.

People still overvalue Middleton, but he may be a nice piece moving forward.
The Bulls are the absolute worst.
