Up to 2nd in ORPM now, behind only Harden.

Interesting that only one of those two players is called a chucker even though their pts created is relatively close

There was an thread on the GB a week ago about Lillard being a chucker.
“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.

They did, 9-3 since the ASB, and LD still out a while.

Don't give up man, it's gonna go down to the wire. The Pelicans lose plenty of games they shouldn't, they're still a young team. The problem is that their schedule looks easier than the Thunder's and Durant still isn't back.

I think it is very reasonable that Dallas will drop out the playoffs.

At the rate this season's going it seems really unlikely.

I'm suddenly starinh at those games Jackson missed and disliking him more. They started 3-12, its been a heckuva ride, but looking at their luck:

KD can't stay healthy, I don't remember more than maybe 5 games they didn't have people out.

Lookingat the last bunch of games, they're 4-4:
Beat Indy, good game.
L to PHX in overtime in a random game where Markieff Morris goes off, then promptly decides he sucks again for the next week.
L to Porland losing a 10 point 4th quarter lead.
Beat LA.
Beat Philly in OT in a game where the corpse of J Rich comes alive to hit 4 threes and Isaah Canann (!!!) goes for 31.
Buzzer beater L to Chicago.
Beat a struggling Raps team.
Now tonight Matt Barnes 6-7 from 3 and DJ hits a decent number of FTs.

They can't catch a break and I don't think that's changing.

That said, thanks for the encouragement. :D It is appreciated, and sadly needed this season.

Oh, and to add, the Pels won games without AD based on strong play at the PG position by..........Norris Cole.

He'll regress eventually. He would have similar stretches in Miami too where he would look competent, hit open shots, play solid D and then the real Norris Cole would show up. You know the one who can't dribble, the one who can't finish at the rim, the one who makes boneheaded plays, and the one who will frustrate the hell out of you while making you hate basketball.

Yeah, unfortunately, he carried them long enough. Russ's defense has been an issue too, they need KD, but he's gonna be a little bit still.
