PP killed us, but game was won by Ottos 2 dagger 3s, and his great D on DD.

Worst fears have come true about Lowry. The guy is horrible. Since all-star break he has being bottom 5 PG in the league. He has hurt more than helped this team. I understand him struggling, but does he need to compound it by going 5-22? Even if he is hot, him shooting 22 times is not going to help this team. That December stretch was the worst thing to happen to this team. Lowry somehow got in his head he is franchise player, and he can get away with shooting that many times.

Don't give Lowry any excuses. He said himself he's 100%. He was rested too much late in the regular season and now he is rusty in the playoffs.

Doesn't look that hurt to me. Moving pretty good, got after those loose balls very well. He's just really out matched in this series, size wise. And to complicate things, he's forcing things and taking terrible shots.

Gortat easily better than Valunciunas...1 and 5 matchups easily dominated.
Beal and Pierce have been better than Derozan, Ross
heck...Gooden has been been better than Patterson..

none of those matchups are surprising. Wall is better than Lowry, Gortat is better than JV (right now), Beal and Pierce combined are better than Derozan and Ross combined, and Patterson isn't very good. Washington has a better team.

Even if Kyle is playing injured, he's still played like ****. njuries don't affect shot selection. Not to mention he's only getting older and his style of playing is conducive to sustaining injuries more than your average player.
