Realistically I can't see Casey going anywhere next season. Who would replace him? There are no "better" coaches available.

Jack Armstrong has been really insufferable this entire series. First with the whole "I was right, should've played the Bucks". Then sucking Paul Pierce's dick while simultaneously giving John Wall and Bradley Beal handjobs.
