Even the most delusional of all Raptor fans have gone into hiding. It's finally as clear as day.

They're usually the smarter posters on here too. I wonder how they can come back year after year with their pro Raptor stance, when they're wrong, year, after, year, after, year.

You mentioned it before and you're right. The Daggers and others of the Raptor RGM community are usually the most well spoken and rational when it comes posting but it's as if they all have a wool of their eyes year in and year out.

I really don't understand what they were seeing with this team.

So, didn't watch the game. Didn't watch a single playoff game... Or any game since the team started to play horrendously, for that matter.

I don't have patience for horrible basketball.

Pierce saved the franchise, we needed this wake up call. Coaching changes, starters changed, get rid of this pound the rock bs clearly no one was doing that, we need a real coach, a real system, real vets, real players that have heart.

I only saw Amir with 1 leg out there trying and Demar chucking.

Serves me right for relying on my memory when I'm depressed.

Doesn't look like well have any All-star representation this coming year unless we trade for one

What's up with Valanciunas... he looked heavy, very slow and had horrific court awareness. He looking like he was rumbling out of control most of the time. Picking up ridiculous fouls. Getting beat to the ball time and time again. Giving up rebounds where Gortat would miss a shot on one side of the rim and still outrebound him on the other side. Pretty shocking. Looked like he should lose some weight to be more quick - seeing as he couldn't back down Gortat as it is.

I watched this game with the Raptors feed and the moment of the game was definitely Tom Sterner at half-time, looking at the camera: "look at the score, without the free throws this is a four point game. We're going to take this thing back to Toronto in the second half", only to proceed making the Wizards look like an offensive jugernauth. Again.

The Raptors got swept by a team whose fans came to this board to plead for you to beat them so they would get rid of their coach. The irony. While I sympathize now with the hate for Casey - getting swept is inexcusable. The Raptors roster is flawed and most worryingly, your best player(?) shot 41% from the field and 28% from three. So, generally I always thought that getting 49/50 wins is a good record that any other coach wouldn't improve much upon. If I were a Raptors fan, going back in time, I'd trade this whole team to have a Chris Bosh again. That's the real issue, if JV doesn't develop, this team is not good enough for much. Regardless of who is coaching them. Just my opinion.

Raptors training program, lol.

Lithuanian NT coach and Sabonis complained about it few times already, cause they had to bring JV back in form and remind him how to play 2x2. Guess they are in for one nasty surprise now when they will see what Raptors staff did to him this time around lol.

Not that I'm happy about this team's lack of fight, but the fact that the media and fanbase were so bothered by Pierce's insults kind of confirms how mentally soft this city really is. It's so easy to get into people's heads around here because people in this city obsess over the littlest things.

It's not at all that bad and a ridiculous thing for him to say. I wonder would he be so stupid with his words if it happened to his sister. Jesus, it's a few basketball games. :nonono:

Hey, he said they have a pretty good coach. Honestly, I couldn't be bothered to respond to it after I read that lol

Yeah, he really didn't even say anything that bad. There's just this pride, chip on the shoulder, type of attitude that Toronto fans seem to carry. Partly because Toronto is like the New York of Canada. And the other because being the lone Canadian team the fans can be pretty sensitive.

They won't fire him the day after lol. Will happen in the coming weeks. Maybe after the finals. Nobody else has fired a coach yet either.

Wow depressing pod but a good one.

Yeah man, Zarar Siddiqi's thoughts are usually in line with Realgm's which is why he's a joy to listen too, not what the media usually spills out (BS)
