Don't forget about the complete selfishness he played with almost half the season, and then he completely disappeared. "He put up good stats, though". That is the definition of empty stats. He was never the motor that ran this team. EVER.
Finally someone who get it. If we had to chose to keep Tobias or AG, majority(people with eyes) will pick AG. Tobias Harris is a gifted scorer and we all know that but he lacks in so many other areas that stand out and cause us games in the long-term. Aside from his defense which will know is subpar His selfishness is what bothers me the most. Our offense looks stagnant with him. Yes he makes shots but those shots are eventually going to stop falling and thats when teams get away from us and we never catch up.
AG will be starting by the end of next season. Its the only way we are going to get better. AG is a starter. He is not a bench player.
considering the top 5 offensive lineups have him in most of them, stats, not your opinion, say differently. and i would say our offense in general looked stagnant this year. Where you get this "selfishness" from, i have no idea. I didnt see too many other people go to the bench just because the coach wanted to try something different.
And please explain why his shots "are eventually going to stop falling"?
If you're the opposing team, where does Harris rank in the hierarchy of "stop these guys", on any given night?
1. Elfrid
2. Vucevic
3. Oladipo
4. Harris
Based on this season's play, do you agree with this ranking?
