Batum will be playing alongside MKG, not behind him.

Batum nor MKG are a SG. You trusting Clifford to be that flexible? MKG will backup Batum prolly before either play SG.

Batum has played an absolute ton of 2 guard at Portland, and did extremely well in the process. I know you want Lamb to start, but hes not. Batum and MKG will be the starting wings.

My memory of him at UCONN was him standing on the wing, waiting for Kemba to pass him the ball. He didn't run, he didn't cut. Great shooters like Reggie Miller, Kyle Korver, JJ Redick, run nonstop to get open. That's a major part of shooting: getting open. LAZY is what I think of with Lamb. And that's basically the story out of OKC. Last year when this board was obsessed with trading for Lamb I argued why I think PJ will be a better pro than him. Here's hoping Jeremy proves me wrong.

You gotta go back and look. I watched that Uconn run. Kemba rode Lamb's coattails to that chip. Lamb took the burden off Kemba when it started looking like this Hornets team of him getting smothered.

lamb played like reggie miller in 2011 run, but with absurd efficiency numbers. he then had a monster season as a sophomore then jetted to the league. never stood on the wing anywhere

I'm trusting clifford to not be a dumbass, you don't trade for Batum to stick him in front or behind your best player

Not even Clifford is that stupid. Cho didn't just trade last years 9th pick, and our starting 2 guard for a guy to play behind MKG.

Batum not so good that he's too good to be a backup. He was putrid this past year and idk about him being a SG.

He can play here behind MKG

Our coach will more than likely not play him. For some reason our coach doesn't like rookies . I am not sure how he feels about second year players tho but I doubt much different

These are who I want with our picks in order

THEM - Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen

UNCNYC - Arthur Agee, William Gates

I've talked a lot of **** about him. But I really hope it pans out. Or ok pans out in the sense he gets his playing time. Because it would be more unbearable to have him on the team and hear this **** daily than begging to trade for him.

I actually am excited for him. I think his potential is massive and it was just very under-explored in OKC. I also think being around Kemba and other college-aged players who aren't already superstars will do him a world of good. I think he'll fit in much better here.

Getting him for next to nothing, knowing his potential, and the fact he addresses our biggest need makes me feel like this is something of a coup. Could end up being a really special move by Cho and Co.

Would take him over Booker any day, tbh.

Kid is/was all class. Hope he does well for you guys. This was my issue when Jackson left, he just wanted out. Lamb's been a good kid from what I could see. Don't know about the work ethic stuff, but hope he does well.

I hope I'm wrong, but I have my doubts about anyone who can't raise their intensity level going against KD\Westbrook everyday.

I think this trade is more exciting to me than whatever happens in tonight's draft unless we trade up for Russell.

Hendo being gone is my favorite event of the offseason so far.

That's #2 on my favorite list because even if he was here Lamb would take his spot by the 2nd half of the season. Hell CDR was a better fit.
