Does anyone know whether we still have our R2 pick this year? Or is it one of the picks that went to Atlanta?

I believe we still have it.

Looney is going to be 2-3 years away and might not be able to play this year. The Warriors can afford to wait. We can't. We need Oubre to at least be a wing defender this year off the bench. Still need a veteran backup shooting guard like a Gary Neal that can stretch the floor as I repeat the mantra for the 3rd straight year.

Can't believe Harrell went the second round. Though considering his lack of shooting skills and height, can't be too surprised.

I'm a bit surprised that Ernie traded up. It's not like him, he usually reacts instead of acts. From all accounts, if Oubre puts it all together he could be one of the top 7 or 8 players in this draft. A poster said Ernie went for the home run, and why not. If he pans out, he'll be a stud, if not...hey at least he tried. The kid is 19 years old so its not like he peaked. Word on Twitter is that he's working out with Wiggins and Beal this summer, so its a start.

Glad to see the Warriors snap up Looney. I think a few teams are going to be questioning passing on him, despite his degenerative back and hip issues.

Brad Stevens and the Celtics are killing this draft.

I'm just going to give them an 'A' grade now. Terry Rozier, R.J. Hunter, Jordan Mickey.

They won.

I like Hunter and Mickey but Rozier was a reach. They have enough undersized guards.

No reason to pick the 2nd round selection. Just give it away now.

It's just funny how those type of play-hard and energy guys always play big roles on playoff teams yet they always get ignored in the draft. Not saying he should have been a top 15 pick or anything, but you get what I mean.

Hah, no S4 for us. Guess we'll have to settle on Hump...anyone who believe in playoff rotation minutes again for Gooden is a moron. He will doom us again should we reach the post season.

I mean, Im no EG fan and not taking Portis could hurt, but we won that trade easily and there are a ton of big man available in the 2nd.
As far as trades I could see EG using the TPE to take on a contract and then selling our 2nd for cash to cover some of that cost essentially. I.E:
Chalmers (4M) and 40
Copeland (3.9M) and 43
Granger (2.1M) and 44

Then sell 49 for 2 - 2.5M... Just a thought

There's nobody left with size to take. Aaron White was brought in and is a stretch 4. He's ok. Dakari Johnson and Cliff Alexander might be around.
