my trust is phil jackson after this draft is very minimal after these moves..

So your theory is that, after hearing the boos, Phil decided, between picks 4 and 18, to rip off Atlanta just to appease the fanbase? Seriously?

I dont think anything he does is about the fanbase, but about the way he wants everything structured from his perspective. I mean going into the draft if youre plan is well draft Zinger and trade hardaway for a PG, im just wondering about the whole way the front office is thinking now thats all.. and by saying what i said i wanted to believe anything else even with true blindness of realities, but its true.. this was their plan all along to get .. zinger.. and grant from hardway.. ok..

ok.. great.. and here we go..

Is it just me or did anyone else actually see Jay Williams as someone that talks real well but says nothing really useful and/or says things that doesn't make any sense. Jay Williams was basically useless last night as far as contributing much of anything useful or insightful. Him and Jalen Rose? What a pair. You know it's bad when your sitting their hoping Jay Bilas does most of the talking. They might as well just like Charles, Shaq, Ernie and Kenny do the draft. At least it'll be exciting and funny nonsense (Charles: "That's a turrble, turrible pick", Shaq can then do a Shaqtin the Draft).

Word. Awful reasoning. At 4 Phil took the player he felt had the most superstar potential left in the draft, regardless of position. Then at 18 he got a position of need and a pretty good player at that

jay williams hates the triangle because it takes the ball out of the PG hands.

that is the only thing he said last night. He is clueless. Rose with his player projections was ridiculous too. Bilas is ok and Fran is ok.

Espn really has got to get there sh*t together. NBA TV really needs to broadcast as well and get better analysts on like NFL network does.

I stopped watching the ESPN draft broadcast of the NFL a few years ago because Mayock and the analysts becausee they know a lot more about the draft. ESPN only cares about ratings and less about the things true fans care about. Breaking down selections and fit. ESPN has gotten too big for its own good, too mainstream now.

For example how is chris broussard employed by ESPN? He has absolutely no sources. He was saying names like Lyles and Hezonja. When nothing was pointing to them.

jordan and west would bring the fear of god of opposing teams if that is our offseason. Talk about interior defense and rebounding...with porzingis learning coming off the bench. Would just need a 2 guard to round out the rotation.

he played 7 years so I believe he gets the 7-9 max. Starting around 18 or so million.

Really would only have space for him and West if that is what we were doing.

It's funny how Shved (scrub on any other team) and Galo (undrafted) were able to put up 10/3 each in an offense that "takes the ball out of the PG's hands.
