If the Lakers are truely looking to dump salary for DJ AND LMA, then I'd take any bad contracts + Randle to help them out .
We don't have a pick next year, so if we grab Randle and help them clear space, then I'd probably pull the trigger, plug the holes with non-max players and wait for Durant next season.

What's crazy about that list is that without Middleton on it, Monroe is the only player that approaches being a #2 option.

I have no interested in merely having a competitive team. We need to build for a championship no matter what it takes.

Two problems.

1. You're a fan of an organization that is interested in having a competitive team. That isn't changing.

2.) There is no sure way to "build" for a championship. If it was that easy, everyone would do it.

What is the definition of that anyway? Sign the players that *I* like. Draft the players that *I* like?
