Fegan has the most to lose here. And since the reports say the Clippers went around him to Jordan good luck to them ever signing one of his clients ever again.
If this was a new team going around an agent it's one thing, but if a player's own team spoke directly to the player I don't think there's anything wrong with it. They have an established relationship.
