Dynamo Dresden's "fans" are downright stupid and cost their team more then they could ever give back. Last time around they tried to destroy the whole city of Bielefeld during an away game.
They're also always short on money and talking to the city for loans about every other year.
Hansa Rostock is well supported but are in a region that makes it really hard to compete with the big clubs, even the ones without sugar daddies or companies. I'm also pretty sure you just included them because they hate St. Pauli.
Energy Cottbus hadn't been anything in the DDR-Oberliga and it was a huge surprise that they did, what they did during their Bundesliga run.
Magdeburg's trying to make it to the 2nd Bundesliga(hence the big stadium) and if they keep working solid, they could make it.
Leipzig is a huge city but has two clubs dumb as rocks and killing off any chance to ever succeed. Because of that a "project" like Red Bull is the only chance at establishing Bundesliga football in that city and even region, because it's just not that easy to get there, especially with the financial possiblities in the region.
BTW: It's also very interesting for a HSV(and Dietmar Kühne) fan to cry about a club being sponsored.
There's only about four or so clubs in the Bundesliga, which are still football clubs, and that will die at some point as well.

What about Leverkusen?
The Bundesliga started play with the 1963/64 season and HSV won the league twice.
Another title was captured shortly before the Bundesliga was founded and three others shortly after World War One.
So please stop writing about Bundesliga titles and know your history.
BTW: It seems like "HSV Zidane" Kerim Demirbay is on his way to Bursaspor.
Also, Hoffenheim seems to be interested in Gladbach striker Branimir Hrgota, who couldn't make the 18 man roster for the cup tie at St. Pauli, even though Andre Hahn wasn't part of it as well.
Hertha left back Nico Schulz could be on his way to Serie A.
Leverkusen have signed Charlez Aranguiz from Internacional of Brazil.
