Unless it's just a small difference between them, I'd definitely go for the bigger offer if we're talking about similar circumstances (same or similar level league). Don't see anything wrong with that. But yeah, as a player you have to be aware of what a decision for Leipzig or Hoffenheim will do to you reputation and how crazy some people react.

Personally, I'm not a fan of the Leipzig project and I enjoy watching them fail, but I don't see why people are so obsessed with them. At least they're doing this in a part of Germany that only had chaos clubs before.

Dynamo Dresden, Hansa Rostock, Energie Cottbus and Magdeburg are all proud clubs with huge fanbases. Arent both Hansa and Dynamo in the top 7-8 over most supported clubs in Germany? It's a shame a energy drink are taking all their spotlight.

I don't care how proud they are, they are chaos clubs (Magdeburg might not be one, I don't know anything about them) and I'd be surprised to see them in the BL again.

Dynamo Dresden's "fans" are downright stupid and cost their team more then they could ever give back. Last time around they tried to destroy the whole city of Bielefeld during an away game.
They're also always short on money and talking to the city for loans about every other year.

Hansa Rostock is well supported but are in a region that makes it really hard to compete with the big clubs, even the ones without sugar daddies or companies. I'm also pretty sure you just included them because they hate St. Pauli.

Energy Cottbus hadn't been anything in the DDR-Oberliga and it was a huge surprise that they did, what they did during their Bundesliga run.

Magdeburg's trying to make it to the 2nd Bundesliga(hence the big stadium) and if they keep working solid, they could make it.

Leipzig is a huge city but has two clubs dumb as rocks and killing off any chance to ever succeed. Because of that a "project" like Red Bull is the only chance at establishing Bundesliga football in that city and even region, because it's just not that easy to get there, especially with the financial possiblities in the region.

BTW: It's also very interesting for a HSV(and Dietmar Kühne) fan to cry about a club being sponsored.
There's only about four or so clubs in the Bundesliga, which are still football clubs, and that will die at some point as well.

The Bundesliga started play with the 1963/64 season and HSV won the league twice.
Another title was captured shortly before the Bundesliga was founded and three others shortly after World War One.

So please stop writing about Bundesliga titles and know your history.

BTW: It seems like "HSV Zidane" Kerim Demirbay is on his way to Bursaspor.
Also, Hoffenheim seems to be interested in Gladbach striker Branimir Hrgota, who couldn't make the 18 man roster for the cup tie at St. Pauli, even though Andre Hahn wasn't part of it as well.
Hertha left back Nico Schulz could be on his way to Serie A.
Leverkusen have signed Charlez Aranguiz from Internacional of Brazil.

This sucks on so many levels. He had a great summer, I definitely looked forward to see his improved play this season. I think he could've had a breakout season. But since his contract ends in 2016 and Dardai said he won't waste his time with him if he's about to leave anyway, it seems like he's gone for sure. And I'm sure Preetz will find a way to trade him for a piece of cake.

Well, that's how it feels to be a Hertha fan. When does the NBA season start again?

At least Plattenhardt has the talent to be even better than Schulz...if he gets back on track...

Platte has been a key player as soon as Dardai took over and has done a very good job. I guess that's a reason why Dardai isn't too worried about Schulz leaving. As a defender, Platte is and will likely always be better than Schulz. But I don't view Schulz as a defender, he's just not good/tough enough defensively. This summer he showed he improved offensively, so I thought he'd be a great option on the left wing, though.

Dynamos average attendance: 27,000. That amazing. Beuatiful city as well and you can feel the passion they have for their club there.

*you can feel the passion they have for face-punching.

I defend a lot of Ossi fanbases from people jumping to conclusions based on their Ultras; but Dynamo fans deserve their reputation. They're not BFC fans, but they are kindred spirits of BFC fans.

Anyway HSV have pulled out of the Halilovic because they refused to promise him the 60% of matches that he'd easily earn the starts in just based on how much more talented he is than the rest of that squad. HSV really are just an utter embarrassment to the league. When they celebrate their third straight relegation playoff crown they well cement themselves as one of the league's historically inept teams.

New season and lads here obsessed with HSV. Weitermachen, Jungs.

And it's Hertha, Gladbach, Mainz, Union fans who are obsessed. Clubs with no rivalry or relation to HSV. HSV's only rivals are Werder Bremen and FC Bayern. Did a HSV-fan nick your GF? Did a HSV-fan bully you in school?

Seriously, I couldnt care less about HSV. Its just funny how they can never do anything right.
Just to sum up this week for HSV:
a) Eliminated by 4th league Jena in German Cup
b) HSV players spend whole cup game telling Jena players what they earn instead of focussing on their job
c) Vital salary data goes missing, nobody has noticed and even worse HSV is not even taking the honest finder serious.
d) HSV selling tshirts with Hertha choreo.
e) HSV "legend" vdV saying decision to return to HSV was worst of his life.

Its hard not to laugh about this level of incompetence displayed by HSV every single f*cking day.

You know, that's actually the funny thing about it.
I doubt anyone really cares for HSV and the only reason people "hate" the club is you coming in here and talking big about the club and what not and talking down every other club...

It's pretty obvious how you're trying to play it though.

- Throw out some crap and "arguments" for your case
- have others disagree
- try to somehow find something else
- being disproved again
- throwing out some others stuff to try and stir the "discussion" at something else
...

BTW: Anyone watching that Dresden vs Erfurt game?
Carsten Kammlott just tied the game 1-1 with a flying backheel goal. :o
