JV's worst game was yst and he still outplayed Bogut, and statistically was close with Festus Ezeli

I wouldn't say he outplayed Bogut or Ezeli, they both got the better of him in their 1v1 matchups. Pretty much the only way you can judge their effectiveness in a vacuum. A lot of effectiveness from bigs (aside from hustle/rebounds and defensive focus) relies on style of team play and usage.
