The Cavs look really beatable, IMO the finals is a real and obtainable goal.

The Heat will fall off once their home/road ratio evens out.
They just had a back to back and the travel was miami-orlando lol.

The only way the Cav's don't make it to the finals is if the Bulls get their **** together, stay healthy, and Rose can play at a higher level than he is currently. Also, they have a lot of trade chips to make a move to round out their roster (Snell isn't a starter on a contender). Any other team in the east can't match up to Cavs talent. Also, Lebron typically coasts to AS Break then beasts from there and Kyrie is just getting back to game shape. Expect the Cavs to dominate the east after AS break.

Celtics just a game back of the Raptors, with Smart missing so many games for them. He's now back btw, coming off the bench.

Re: General NBA Discussion Thread
Will Barton has been fantastic for the Nuggets. Wish we had him coming off our bench instead of Ross, even if he has picked it up in the last 5.

Re: General NBA Discussion Thread
C.J. McCollum is the unanimous winner for most improved player. Guy last year averaged 6.8PPG. Out of nowhere he is 20/4/3 this year.
I watch lots of NBA games, and I didn't even know this guy existed before this year. 2nite against Kings he went 32/11rb/9ast/4stl without Lillard. They are 2-0 without Lillard.

He started to get more consistent minutes in the last 15-20 games last year and had a really solid finish to the season, then had a few huge games against Memphis. I figured he'd have a better year this year, but I wasn't expecting so much of an improvement. He's putting up borderline all-star numbers.

If he was drafted by the Sixers he'd have been putting up these numbers from the start. He was always oozing with skill, he just never had the opportunity.

I knew CJ would be sick in the NBA. I seen him averaging like 28/6/6 in college on good FG% and wondered why he wasn't ranked higher on the draft board.

Andre Drummond looks completely lost on defense too often.
This Pistons/Knicks game is ugly.

Today is LeBron's 31st birthday. He's the same age as me now -- sucks to be him!

Re: General NBA Discussion Thread
Green and Klay are being exposed without Curry. It's crazy to me how perfect the synergy is between these three players are. Green is a very talented big man, but there's no doubt playing with Curry amplifies his strengths and mitigates his weaknesses.
