Green wasn't a bad signing, he's just in a bad situation like many on this roster. No reason to single him out but Beno/TJ should be our 1/2 off the bench

Re: Official HEAT 2015-16 Regular Season Thread - Vol. II
Beas is much better than Mcbob. Beas would actually be a great spark off the bench for us. Mcbob cant even spark beasleys blunt.
Anyways, this team is a mess. Im in full blow it up mode from here on out. We are soooooooo far far and far away from being able to compete with the Warriors that its not even funny.
I appreciate everything that Wade has done for this franchise. But I think it starts with him. This offseason I don't want him getting anything more than 10mil. Something like 2 for 20m. If not please just let him walk. We need to start building for the future and stop trying to piece together broken parts here an there hoping to beat LBJ and then to get murdered by GS.
Deng, let him walk unless he takes a huge discounted contracted. Something like 4-5m per. If not, bye bye.
Mcbob, gtfo. Seriously just trade him for any second rounder.
Bird, bye
Haslem bye
Jrich Bye
Amare Bye
Dragic, Whiteside, Bosh should be our core, and our top paid players for now. I hope riley works some magic here and gets Hassan to sign a deal closer to Dragics than Bosh.
Hope Justise becomes a great offensive player.
Basically I think our title winning days are over for a long ass time. We are now just one of the "others". We need to hope GS starts losing some pieces due to contract years etc. Spurs im not worried about, Timmy and them oldies need to retire soon or soon we will see a drop off.
We need to prepare for 3 years down the line. When Spurs are done, GS has lost a few main pieces etc. Time to start REBUILDING

Beasley, even healthy, couldn't get 1 offer.
The all hating on Mcbob thing makes no sense.
When Anthony Davis was injured his production was also 0. (injuries tend to do that). My kid brother could've produce something better then 0, so by your logic my kid brother > Antony Davis.
It's senseless. Mcbob has been unlucky with 2 consecutive injuries, that doesn't make him a bad player, it makes him injured. You should wish him (and us) a speedy recovery, not wish he was gone.
Yeah, well... At the moment I see a team full of players that are doing everything to get on court, along with a guy who has been 24 games in a suit. He also missed last year and makes almost $6M a year. I want him gone. Sorry.
I'd pay the dancing girl veteran's minimum though.

I remember 11-30 with these guys. ^

Despite the loss last nights game was refreshing. Www saw some stokes, amare looked like he can still do some things and jrich made a lot of mistakes. You can tell he has the vision and I'm glad he got ac jams to make mistakes he can learn from later. And late in the fourth Winslow change and started shooting which was nice to see. If coaching can mix it up and let guys feel they can contribute then I'm not worried about this team. Chalmers was a good pick but stuck in the give it to wade LeBron era with a coaching staff that wants you to get out of the way while being a good role player. We literally saw him get worse every year. Beasley was the same. If we focus on learning I think we can still go far this season
1. Herro 2. Bol Bol 3. Seko 4. Bruno
unless we trade up for Barrett or trade down for PJ Washington

He's shooting 35% on a team that plays fast and encourages chucking.
How much would he really help us? He'd be better than Deng but at the cost of $10mill in cap space for years to come?
I don't really mind honestly. Guys don't have career shooting years here. It's a trend. If he played here he never would've matched the 40% he shot in Washington. He'd most likely just be higher volume Deng from 3.
Except 2012-2013. I think we had five guys shooting over 40%.
That was a good year.

I will never lose my grip. I just hate McBob with a burning passion. He's a scrub who can't stay healthy. How many good games has he actually had?
Even Beas dropped 17 and 8 while guarding DeMarcus Cousins in an OT win.
McBob is making 5 times more money not just this season but for years to come. Until 2018...

He's not getting injured and missing games on purpose. Or at least I don't think he is.
He doesn't put up counting stats like Beas sometimes did, but he makes the team better when he's on the floor.

I know his injuries are frustrating, but it doesn't make me hate the guy. He torn his meniscus and got a bad bone bruise. What can he do about it? Just try to rehab at this point.
I know his shooting has been bad so far this year. But he's also a competent big who knows where to be on defense and can move the ball. As long as the numbers show that he is a net positive while on the floor, I'm fine with him (especially considering that he's better than the other bigs on the bench).
Anyways, is just McRoberts, you don't hef to be mad, Quiz

This is the same exact thing people said before the season started when I wanted to dump him.
His value is not going to get better, it was at an all time low during the off season and somehow this bastard has managed to lower it some more.
I hope he starts shooting 50% from 3 so some poor stupid team bites on him and gives us scraps back in return.

I have to say Beas certainly has a nice gig going. For all the he is a "bum" a "pot head" etc talk the dude gets to make over 15mil in the NBA, now he just goes to China 4 months out of the year to rake in 600k a year, all while dunking on Chinese scrubs and putting up 60 points a game? Doesn't have to play any defense or anything, doesn't have to deal with spo lol. And judging from his competition he can likely play in china making that much money til his heart is contempt or until he is 40 lol. Bastard.
How would one go about playing for china. Im certainly better than half the guys on his own team let alone the rest of the chinamen scrubs.
