No. And Knight is younger than MCW.

If there was parallel universe, we'd be asking to trade Teletovic for his own expiring contract.

McD called them up and said..."I can't help but look at the standings and notice you guys are still only 5.5 games back of the 8th seed."

Ennis and Vasquez for Teletovic and Weems
throw in a 2nd - call it good

basically a wash -dollar wise but the Bucks get Teletovic who probably helps them this year

Please...Vasquez NO.

Vasquez's out for the season. He's just a salary filler.

OK in that situation.

Inglis can be a good prospect...and they have Vaughn like another young prospect too. I would be happy with one of them, but probably Vaughn has more value than Teletovic.

Mirza for a TPE is a joke

It's actually very interesting, because I think everyone thought that McRae was finished with his 10 day contract, and we'd have two open roster spots, but since the all star break was over most of his time, we still have him for Friday's game, and one less roster spot available.

My prediction:

Teletovic - for I have no idea

Kieff and Tucker to Toronto for

Pat Patt (or substitute Terence Ross and Scola - buy out Scola so he can go to San Antonio)
James JOhnson
Delon Wright or Cabolco or Nogueira
Nuggets/Knicks pick

I think the Raptors GM realizes Tucker and Kieff could be the players that get them by the Cavs

Be stupid not too

A motivated Kieff plus Tucker is much better than Pat Patt, Scola and JJ

Toronto doesnt want the Kieff headache (especially with PHX looking for a prospect and pick or w/e). We need a guy like Tucker to hold us down while Caroll is out and to play some smallball 4. No reason to make the deal bigger than it needs to be, TOR 1st+filler for Tucker would probably be the offer (and is fair)

Interesting........

An interesting wrinkle to how the Magic pulled off their Tobias Harris trade has surfaced. Our own cap guru Eric Pincus revealed that prior to the Brandon Jennings/Ersan Ilyasova trade with the Detroit Pistons, the Magic renounced rights to free agents Willie Green and Jeremy Richardson, which dropped them below the salary cap and negated the Traded Player Exception the team received this summer for trading Moe Harkless.

By dropping below the cap prior to the trade, the Magic have the option to immediately re-trade either of the players they acquired in a package deal.

While Magic general manager Rob Hennigan spoke highly of both players after the trade and praised how well both would fit into the situation in Orlando, they do have the option to pack either of those guys into a deal to make a splashier move if it surfaces.

It is highly unusual for a team to renounce player rights prior to a trade unless there is the possibility of something bigger where those restrictions could be a factor. This is likely a case of keeping your options open, but it's an interesting wrinkle for the Magic.

You have to admit - Kieff is an upgrade over Scola and Pat Patterson. But I get the headache part

If its just Tucker - I think for the Suns

Scola (expiring - to buy out), a guy like Delon Wright or Nogueira or Cabolco (one of them) -- plus the Raptors pick

I still think the best deal for the Suns, with PJ Tucker - and for PJ Tucker is to OKC

for McGary and the expiring Augustin - who the Suns buyout

Tucker is perfect for OKC against GSW and the Spurs in the playoffs - toughness, a solid defender, a guy who will do his role

Suns take a flier on a big guy - -pretty cheap contract

If Markieff and Tucker go, we will be an all McDonough selected team for the first time.

It would only be a late 1st or a prospect, Tucker is not worth both (and more likely just a late 1st)

Just something i threw together last minute. Combining the idea that Orlando can re-trade Jennings/Ily and the rumors that Cleveland has their eyes on Tucker and Frye.

http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=z6cpsdf

Orlando gets Knight/Love/Morris
Cleveland gets Frye/Tucker/Oladipo
Phoenix gets Jennings/Ily/Gordon/Shumpert

ORL: Knight/Fournier/Morris/Love/Vucevic --- Payton/Marble/Hezonja/Nicholson/Smith
CLE: Irving/Oladipo/Lebron/Frye/Thompson --- MoWill/Smith/Tucker/Varejao/Mozgov
PHX: Bledsoe/Booker/****/Gordon/Chandler --- Goodwin/Shumpert/Warren/(CLE 1st)/Len (****Simmons/Ingram take over starting SF)

Cleveland gets their guys at the cost of Love, who has become an overpaid roleplayer due to Lebron/Irving, and Shumpert (who they are looking to dump). Orlando gets their veteran help in the form of a close to all-star floor leader in Knight, all-star PF Kevin Love to put next to always-in-the-paint Vucevic, and versatile F Morris (who can play starting SF or back-up PF). They give up a bit of their youth to make them a play-off contender (pretender). Suns get Gordon at the price of taking on overpaid defensive guard Shumpert. Ily has a team option next year and Jennings is expiring, making sure both will not be on our roster next season.

It was just an idea.
