In honor of the Who making a return to late night TV after 50 years, I'll be ranking my favorite Who songs, coming soon. :)

Fats 10 Favorite Who Songs -

The Who, one of the greatest rhythm sections in the history of music - Entwistle and Moon, both phenomenal, oddly enough, they were the two guys that nobody every talks about regarding the Who, and sadly both are dead.

Apologies to many of the catch earlier 60s Who songs and some of the Tommy and Quadrophenia songs which are not my list. My favorite Who is the mid to late 70s stuff.

1. Won't Get Fooled Again

2. Eminence Front

3. Join Together

4. Who Are You?

5. Pinball Wizard - Iconic, I might be a bit sick of it after all these years, but cannot deny its greatness overall.

6. Baba O'Riley

7. Squeeze Box

8. You Better You Bet

9. Going Mobile

10. Drowned

Honorable Mention, the early stuff:
The Kids Are Alright
Pictures of Lily
Anyway, Anyhow, Anywhere
I Can't Explain

Brown Frown:
My Generation - so tired of it.

Bonus Cover:
Phish - Drowned -> What's the Use

@YB - checking out Tauk today on Spotify per your post a few weeks back. Is all their stuff instrumental? Do you have any particular songs you'd recommend. Just listened to Friction and it was pretty good. Gonna try a song called Dead Signal next. People on phish.net seems to really like that one.

De La Soul is probably my least favorite "legendary" hip-hop act. Yeah, they are good but I personally have never really been into them. Maybe "3 Feet High and Rising" clouded my judgement with all of its silly skits which have always felt unnecessary and odd now, 20ish years later.

Re-listening to some of their stuff and giving other albums a listen to pick up at least some favorites.

Tracks like this one has made me a bigger fan at least.

Oh, most definitely.

I'm in my 20s yet feel like this song is so over-played.

Midnight Marauders is by far my favorite Tribe album but somehow the less joyful and laid-back Beats, Rhymes and Life seems more appropriate for such a sad event.

It seems the jig is up for AC/DC as their rumoured new frontman Axl Rose has been photographed emerging from a US recording studio with the Aussie rockers.

And i'm still wondering why were they not too popular in US...

Billy Sheehan is the best bassist for me, better than Flea.
