Yeah - as I said earlier, tomorrow's a big day for him. Ohio and Illinois are YUGE.

I'm independent (I have some values that are republican and others that are democrat), but Bloomberg should have run - missed out on an opportunity to win IMO.

Typical response. Way to avoid what i'm asking.

His illegal immigration stance is to do what? Build a wall and make Mexico pay for it? Calling Mexicans, yes Mexico is one of America's allies.... rapists and murderers?

So again ... when was American great?

Likely would've just handed the election to the Republicans if he did so.

If he ran as a Republican? I'm not talking about Bloomberg as an independent. Bloomberg/Clinton would have been interesting (albeit less entertaining than Trump vs).

Google the word 'nationalism'

Different than racism.

Different? Yes. Mutually exclusive? No.

Prefer Sanders...if he doesn't win nom I will vote Trump. If Trump doesn't run I will vote 3rd party. Wouldn't vote Clinton with a gun to my head.

This last week was the last nail in the coffin. He will never be the nominee. There will be an open convention.

Hillary is winning anyway, so the best thing the Republicans can do is reform and save their party. An open convention may be best in the long run.

And if they become slightly more moderate and less emotional on social issues, even by simply saying, let the states decide, they would be in much better shape.

Hillary is the only person that can stop Hillary.

I personally do not favor any of these candidates. This all seems pretty embarrassing. At least Obama represented something larger, although he too, I was not a fan of.

Open convention likely means an open revolt against the party. IMO, the best worst-case scenario at this point for the Republican party is for Trump to win the nomination, get his ass kicked by Hillary, and those supporters of Trump that clearly want something different will see that the lesser evil is to just support the Republican establishment. I am a Democrat and even I know that Hillary is not a good candidate but I see nobody on the Republican side (given the current math) beating her this year but she will easily beatable in 4 yrs. While a contested convention is not a new occurrence, I find it hard to believe that in this day and age it will be something isn't met with vicious opposition.

On the Republican nominees currently, I think I would be most disgusted with Trump winning just because it boggles my mind that anybody actually think he knows what the F*** he's ever talking about on any of the issues. Even if Cruz is hyper conservative, it's clear that he's smart, has a real vision, and would work hard to make it happen...even if I don't believe in that vision. Trump is just a clown.

I think it's important to secure the border, I live on Staten Island the dope capital and I'm sick of the **** opportunistic drug pushers are up to and I know where it's coming from. I like the fact that other world leaders fear trump, I respect strong leadership and that's a cultural thing. I'll never vote democrat again because as I got older I realized, no matter what, rich white people will try to exploit me but democrats are actively handicapping my people from fighting back. When I go back to sunset park I see girls I grew up with popping out babies because they get to avoid having a job. White democrats look at us like we're sick puppies that just need a hand and it's so goddamn condescending. NAFTA and globalism hurt my people just as it hurts all races who can't find jobs. I can stand and I do stand on my own, I'm not a social experiment. But that's just my perspective.

I don't agree with all of this, but this is prob the best reason to vote for Trump I've seen. I feel like Trump would be a better candidate if he was more informed and actually worked on policy for a living, and wasn't fascist in some of his rhetoric. But this is a solid response.

Right, I think the sentiment regarding border control and trade agreements is well taken but do people really think Trump can deliver on any of these promises?

I don't know, but I hope. The last billionaire I voted for, Bloomberg, did a pretty good job for NYC. I'm not saying Trump can't be bought, I'm just hoping because he already has wealth he won't have to be worried about losing some Cush advisory gig when he's out of office because he rebuffed special interest. I'm tired of the political landscape. I hope he gets Carson as VP cuz I love that guy too.

Well done Sir! When I try to say this black people call me an Uncle Tom. What the Democrats are doing is no different to what Antebellum slave owners did - make blacks feel like they needed someone to hold their hand and take care of them otherwise they'd never survive. There are plenty of slaves that bought into that way of thinking, and plenty of people currently who also subscribe, but in the end it's still slavery. I don't need a lying hag telling me she's always stood for minorities when there is no proof of it and I don't need rich college kids leading me into their stupid battles with hatred and division.
