Yeah, I've been guilty of this a few times as well. It's just that sometimes I want to counter with something but nothing obvious presents itself! Plus if you are on the iPhone app, pending offers are not in your face like it is on the website..so you tend to overlook them.

I thought anyone with less than 130 ABs is considered a prospect and therefore can't be picked up during the season (unless they go over the AB) limit.

Yeah, that was only during the draft. Now you can add anyone to your Yahoo roster.

Free Agency / Waiver Wire Rules
1) Do not pick up anyone who is prospect eligible, until the prospect draft is complete. That includes any player who has less than 130 ABs or 50 IPs.
2) Waiver wire priority will be set to the reverse order of the FA draft order.
3) There are no max move limits, but please no streaming!
