When can Miami fans realize their team is not good enough to sweep any team...

Would that statement hold water with a healthy Chris Bosh and his 19ppg?

BUT... He is out! Realize that!

Raptors would sweep Miami with Raptors' Chris Bosh and his 24ppg...

Raptors would sweep Miami with Prime VC and his... whatever...

Just thinking he might not want to mess with the chemistry atm. Just something like that. Is he fully healthy? I think he could help. He has that dog in him that I like in a player. Can throw it down too

In that case Joe Johnson is very ineffective and probably Luol Deng takes a big dip as well. Luol Deng and Joe Johnson aren't having Patrick Patterson close out and guard them if they play the 3.

And Joe Johnson didn't want to come off the bench which is why he signed with the Heat and not a real contending team.

Yes, this is all true and Joe only accepted coming to Miami after learning of Chris's condition that would give him the opportunity to start. Good theory.

No, however Joe plays a different role and likely takes minutes away from Richardson/Dragic and Deng. I think if Bosh is back, you have to count on one of these contributors being far less effective. Sport never works as linearly as we expect. This whole second half of the season people have been saying how Bosh being out and you guys having a small lineup with JJ and Deng has been amazing, now you wanna flip it?

I think I know why the Miami fans in this thread have such blind belief in their team and refuse to acknowledge anything the Raptors are doing. It's what happens when ESPN and every major news outlet jock ride a team for a decade. It skews your view of reality and reduces your ability to objective. Its okay though, we here for you.

Most Raptors fans recognize this is going to be a tough series that could go either way, which is the reality.

I've already posted the home/road splits on 2 different occasions: Toronto has close to 0 chance in Miami. But, there's a chance.

well if we are gonna go by historical numbers...then based on that...the raptors win the series because they won the series in regular season....in general, raptors have a good away record!!!

You're nuts if you actually believe that. We had one of the best road records in the league.

The amount of over confident condescending **** in the thread is crazy.. The series is tied up, both teams are pretty evenly match regardless of what any of you want to blindly believe or think your entitled to

Charlotte performed better against Miami at their turf than Toronto. If you strictly want to look at Miami's performance on the road then Charlotte was clearly the tougher opponent. Miami in 6

But that makes no sense. In the regular season, it's sensible to use average performance on the road because games are one-offs. In the playoffs, you can't really use the performance against one team to predict performance against another. Hence the supposedly invincible Mavs crashing against the Heat in the Finals, the reverse happening against the Big 3, Lebron's 8-0 Cavs losing to the Magic, and so on.

FAM. we got 2 of our best players playing the worst ball of their carrers and we took Miami to 2 overtime games.....if DD and Lowery even step up their game a little bit then the Heat are done

......theres a reson bosh wants to risk his life to help the heat...they clearly need it
