He also has the size and ability to feed the post. His length isn't great for the 4, but he is really going to be a hybrid player. A point forward, or maybe even a point guard.

His ability to to be playmaker hinges on whether or not the defense respects him. If they are able to give him the space he got during the second half of his college season, he'll be ineffective as a playmaker at the pro level.
It is more likely he'll play the 4 and I simply don't believe he's a better option there than Jah. Okafor has better footwork, a softer touch with both hands, and great length. I also suspect he can become dangerous as a pick and roll player. The risk of losing Jah is simply not worth the reward with Simmons.
