So sad to see this decline. He's a shell of his former self.

I'll try to avoid an overreaction just by saying this was a pitiful quarter offensively.

Last time he had a 1-10 quarter we got ATL game 3 in the ECF :dontknow:

I miss Miami LeBron. I know he's 31 and the athleticism isn't going to be the same, but where is the skill? He looks hopeless.

What a terrible quarter. Hopefully he improves in the second half. Golden State will out execute and hit literally every shot in crunch time if it's close.

Curry and Klay have been garbage as well. Only Kyrie is playing well thus far.

Klay WAS garbage. He's 4/5 since starting 0-5. ;)

Dude needs to practice about 10,000+ jumpshots a week, until he dreams about them in his sleep. Its how I got through physics, until I dreamt of giant vector arrows chasing me.

I know it's like a broken record but he REALLY needs to work on his jumper if he wants to get this team to where they need to go.

I'm sure he's worked on his jumper a little bit during the summers over the years but he needs to do more than that. He needs to lock himself in a gym for DAYS with a shooting coach until he finally figures it out for good. Maybe he should just completely change his form and technique and start all over.

Fantastic player still, but it just looks like it's too hard for him to score on the Warriors halfcourt defense. I don't know if I've seen him struggle against a team like he has against the Warriors.

LeBron is a dreadful finisher against a good rim protecting defense at this point in his career. So sad to see his decline. I swear I haven't seen him make many non-completely open shots at the rim in this series.

This is way too close of a game now. I'd be utterly shocked if Golden State doesn't have the lead by the end of the 3rd quarter.

I'm not quite how scores against this team. They make him so weak in paint. This isn't just on drives either. As the season has gone on he's drifted further away from a finesse game in the post (jumphooks, short jumpers, floaters)....and has opted for a strictly power game (deep back down..dropstep..layup).

This approach works with a size advantage. He can't overpower these guys and thus his post game isn't really working either. He kinda looks Dwight Howard out there. Where he has to be right at the rim to score. Where has the finesse gone?

Just has double down on his off ball activity and hope his gravity there can open some things up

Can't believe what we are seeing from Steph in this series (although he was pretty solid game 2, just not much was needed), disappointed Cleveland hasn't taken more advantage though. If this is somehow something that continues, the door is at least open. You have to think the explosion is coming at any time though. Klay played pretty well after the thigh bruise, but those things can get sore when adrenaline wears down. That halftime break won't help much, and he will feel it more tomorrow

Cleveland obviously has to close this game and win game 4 before we even begin to entertain any chance, and even then winning at golden state is going to be really tough

On another note, yet more evidence that Kevin Love is laughably overrated. I and others have said this all year. The +/- numbers are skewed because he almost always plays with LeBron. Look at the games Love played without LeBron; Love and Cavs were terrible. Now look at Cavs without Love; better! Because his defense is trash and he clogs the offense when he "needs" post touches.

+100 He needs to completely rebuild his shot and work on it more than anything else, for the rest of his career. I cannot fathom why he doesn't realize this. It's the difference between being a top 5 player for the next 3-4 years and being washed up by next year.

I think there is a definite case that he's overrated but this is also kind of a perfect storm working against him too. They're home now, they're the hungrier team down 0-2, you knew they were going to play a lot better tonight with or without Love. That said though you have to stick with this lineup for he rest of the series. Forget hurt feelings

He can't dribble, he can't shoot, he can't finish. Is this LeBron James?
