That leaves us with some hope on getting Bender. I am just not gonna have my hopes high cause then disappointment will hit hard. I am already terrified by the idea of Dejounte Murray.

Bender is too much of a project imo due to his age. Unless they're looking him like a JV project like we did.

I'm excited to see if someone drops to us cause I'm thoroughly underwhelmed by Scal/Sabonis/Davis etc...

Also, the games I've watched of Chriss and Brown weren't exactly anything to write home about either. Chriss in particular would get zero playing time under Casey because he CANNOT play D or rebound.

Most of these players are projects. We have enough of those right now. We need an impact player off the bench.

Well, it's the day of the draft. I am really hoping we have a chance at Jaylen Brown falling and taking him. I think playing him behind Carrol and Demar is the right environment for him to develop offensive and defensive tools. He has the physical attributes to be a standout wing - I have so much confidence with the raptors new emphasis on player development that I think he could be a stud.

But, as it probably won't happen, I'm good for any of the top 8, followed by Skal, Ellenson, Sabonis, Poetl, in that order....for now.

My gut feeling:
Skal is going to drop to the teens;
Bulls will try to trade for a top 5 pick. Maybe the Wolves's 5th pick for Butler/Gasol, and the Bulls then pick Murray.

My wish : If no one drops then trade the 9th and 27th for two mid teens picks. Then use the first to pick Yabusele and the second one to pick Korkmaz or McCaw.(Yes I know all three of them have been ranked pretty low in mocks but I don't really trust the mock anyway)

Pau Gasol will almost certainly opt out of his player option with the Bulls if he hasn't already.

If bulls wanted 5 for Butler it would be a done deal. Min offered them that. Chicago wants 5 plus plus or wiggins plus plus. Actually asked for wiggins and 5.
