True. Fisher has 171 wins compared to Carroll's 95. They are both 2-1 this year but Fisher did beat him h2h as you mentioned.
Rex has won more games than Arians. 54 to 43. Rex also has won more postseason games. So, that means Rex > Arians, right?
Well, Rex is 55-60 for a losing record, while Arians is 35-16, having won more than twice as many as he has lost, for 68.6 winning percentage, better than Belichick.
Jeff Fisher and Carroll are a little closer, at 52% and 58%, but Fisher seems to have his #. Both got to the Super bowl, and though Carroll won one, Fisher was just a yard short of beating the greatest show on turf.
I think they are both decent. I think Arians is one of the best in the league. Won COTY his first year coaching and turned a perennial losing team AZ into a really tough team, even in a year where they played most of it with Drew Stanton or the guy behind him.
Carroll's a pretty good coach though.
