You mean Melo? We probably down 10 and on the verge of getting blown out if he wasn't on fire to start.

What was with the offense at the end? Looked like all exhausted.

Time for some cardio training.

But great the way KP growing and Melo was awesome.

Yeah Herny shouldn't have been in but when a guy jumps into you, that shouldn't be a foul. What happened to the vertical plane?

I'm kind of giddy about Herny. What vision and passing. The way he runs those perfect lanes to the basket. The fact that he uses all his size and skill to finish. I know, weird guy to focus on but I really am delighted by what we have here, if he can play with KP.

Great Victory really, we never gave up always fought back to get em. I was scared for a moment or 2 but I'm so damn happy to get a win like this.

Not for the negative, our defence is really garbage. I mean afford is there most of the time but teams get so many easy buckets against us some really annoying ones like belinelli's and batum's. Charlotte is officially the team I hate most to play against. They have no business having such a good offence as they do. They always find several open shuts in one possesion or make some frustrating shots. And if Holiday is injured any way seriously fuq zeller too.

I just can't help but wonder how obviously bad signing noah was from the get go and how better we would be with a decent free agent.

I just can't wait to smash these curry wanna bes one more time. Hopefully I wont have to wait for long.
If you're just tuning in, tune out -JVG

Might need Kaminsky or Zeller to dunk on Noah to get the message across to Jeff

I didn't watch the 4th, but I noticed Noah was huge for stepping the D up and it seemed contagious for the team after some very poor D to start.

I guess I missed something. Having a 20 month old child is seriously detrimental to my knick game watching!

I just hope Melo realizes we won this game because of his passing and makes it a habit.

Thoughts:

Can you imagine: Melo, KP, & Rose all had clutch moments in OT. KP had the clutch three (i thought he had a couple blocks in OT, but I was wrong). Rose had the game-saving block at the end. Melo blocked Kemba's shot and ended up with his first game-winning bucket since - I believe 2013 against Atlanta.

Melo was unstoppable on the offensive end and had clutch moments on defense in OT. He also had several nifty passes to big men - a few to Willy in the 4th to build the lead and the three to KP. 35/14/5 on 14-25 shooting is unbelievable.

Rose had some bad turnovers from the 1st-3rd quarters, but controlled himself in the 4th and OT. He had a few huge buckets, including the bank shot at the end of the 4th. He still remained aggressive and drove to the bucket with some success. 16/5 on 6-13 shooting is not bad. He also got 5 FTs which was pretty good too.

KP was in foul trouble most of the 2nd and 3rd quarters. However, he picked up steam in the 4th. Mainly, he brought back that same defensive intensity that we were used to last year. Zeller & Kaminsky were foolish to test KP. 4 Threes & 3 blocks are a fantasy basketball dream come true. Even though he didn't get 20, he got 8 boards, 2 assists, 3 blocks, and 4 threes. I'll take that any day.

Willy & Kyle were a solid duo off the bench. Yes, Willy had 4 TOs and committed the stupid foul at the end, but he was generally productive. The best stat is 5 combined assists and 12 combined boards in 31 minutes.

Holiday was productive up to the point where he initially hurt himself in the 2nd. However, he looks okay and should produce tomorrow.

Even though Kuz couldn't buy a bucket, I liked his energy. Hopefully he'll score some more tomorrow.

We need more from Lee & Jennings tomorrow. Also, we gotta find some rotations that will incorporate Noah. We can't seem to forget him.

Overall, this game was a test for us to see how much of a food coma we'd be in. We didn't play much defense through the first half and were quite sluggish. After the TO in the third, we picked things up. We gave up 30 in the 4th, which was too much, but we still ended up with the W. Playing at home is a key factor. However, we need to translate the energy on the road, especially tomorrow.

Noah was putting in work on the boards keeping possessions alive, the stuff that wears down opposing teams.

melo was the don, but Noah did his thing.
