Since it's here in the PG thread -

Wasn't he kind of chased off because there was a fine line between what he was doing and promoting a non-affiliated site? I loved his stuff and the separate threads. For awhile, we had a compromise of doing separate PG video and commentary threads. Some videos would end up in the commentary, which is fine, but the video thread would be clean of debates and miscellaneous thoughts so users could easily find that content. I found that very helpful, especially when I missed games. A lot of stuff gets buried.

Thoughts?

I think that was it. It wasn't just about promoting another site but it was promoting a competing site to RealGM is the problem if I recall correctly. It's one thing to advertise ball gloves or methods to improve verticals (i.e. the boingvert vids) or other 'products' related to basketball but kind of a different thing to be advertising your own basketball blog/board on...well...another companies basketball board. It's like someone advertising Chevy on a Ford site. Yeah I mean the videos were really nice but still have to draw the line somewhere. What he should have done is work something out with RealGM to see if his site can do some sort of related/affiliate work or some other means so that it was more amenable to both his own site and RealGM...rather than just doing it and hoping/expecting RealGM would be ok with it.

Holiday is a nice surprise too. His jumper is not great but his D is really good, and he cuts to the basket well. If he gets his shot % up, he can be a starter. Smart player.

Playing Kuz as part of the rotation rather than merely playing him once the game has already been decided has made a world of a difference.

Yesterday, Kuz was 0-6 and he still looked good out on the floor. The +13 was no coincidence. His 4 rebounds and 2 assists had an impact on the game.

Kuz plays with A LOT of energy. He seems like the type of guy who is really hyped to be in the NBA and is grateful for whatever minutes he gets.

As someone else suggested, Kuz always seems to be in the right place at the right time.

Fingers crossed that our bench will continue to develop as the season rolls along. They will be our x-factor and the one thing that could potentially shift the balance in our favor versus the top-heavy contending teams.

My mistake.

Well you weren't totally wrong he's a career 34% guy so I wouldn't expect this to be his level of shooting by April.

It's smart effective energy. LFT plays with a lot of energy, but a lot of it gets dissipated on weird plays where he tries to double team on D, turns his back and does the crazy duck wing flap.

Kuz has high energy that is actually good.

he's totally beaten double teaming and he's able to not just recover, not just stop the basket, not foul, but deliver a block that energizes the entire garden and team
