Max punishment speaks to their credibility. I would have suspected a more corrupt ruling.
That said, "However by his imprudent use of what he pungently referred to as a 'dick pill'...what school marm do they have writing this ruling?

Re: The Jon Jones Thread
He was supposed to face the NSAC earlier, but had it pushed back for two possible reasons:
1) That psycho Pat Lundvall is one of the more harsh commissioners, and she's gone now from my understanding.
2) He gambled that USADA will show leniency and reduce his sentence and that would sway the NSAC to reduce his sentence. Now that USADA has given him the max punishment, you have to wonder if the NSAC will follow suit and suspend him for two years.

Re: The Jon Jones Thread
Jones said he wasn't clearheaded when he crashed into pregnant lady. I know we always assumed he was under the influence but IDK if he had ever admitted it.
Now he's going into it more. Said he had been drinking the night before and "was still not okay to drive" Said he had only gotten two hours sleep the night before, also said he would have smelled of alcohol if he hadn't fled.
Sorry if we already knew this for a fact.

Re: The Jon Jones Thread
LOL this guy is something else man. Says when he found out it was a pregnant lady his first thought is that he is done. Said if she had a difficult pregnancy then that's a whole different level of trouble that he would be in. Said if she had a miscarriage then it would be put on him and he could go to jail.
ZERO remorse or empathy for the baby so far.
edit: Ok now he just said that he was concerned with the woman's health.

Re: The Jon Jones Thread
Jon said he was a stoner since highschool. So that whole time when he was talking about how he was always the kid who would snitch on other kids for having pot and all that - all just complete BS that he made up. lol.
BTW obviously I'm giving highlights as I see them, and clearly I'm not a Jon Jones fan. You guys should listen to this, entertaining so far. He goes into the powerlifting stuff as well. Says he went 7 months without training MMA during his suspension, just powerlifting.
Also said jiu jitsu has always been the one area that he has neglected in his game, but he has really been focusing on it lately (I'm assuming this could be why he took that match against Hendo in Chael's grappling promotion) and he is starting to "love it" and get better at it.

I'm 4 minutes in and this already comes across like a bad idea. Like a jerk of a dude in general, chewing on the mic when the host is telling you not to and then following that with the sperm injection convo and his perspective on having another girl. lol. This guy is the epitome of "just shetup and fight guy"

Re: The Jon Jones Thread
He confirmed himself as a disgusting human in general when he talked with his mouth full for the first 5 minutes of the podcast.

Re: The Jon Jones Thread
Was pretty surprised that he admitted he would party hard a week before his fights so that he could have an excuse to himself if he lost. I imagine a lot of people do things like that, but that's not something most people will admit to.
Also good to hear him seem to understand that pot and alcohol aren't really the problem... he was.
Good interview overall, seems like we hardly had/have any insight or answers from Jon about most things, and Joe seems to be able to get guys to open up more, much to their publicists dismay

Re: The Jon Jones Thread
I thought it was a great interview. You could always get more from an interviewee but for the most part I thought talking about his troubles in less than formal setting has allowed him to be more upfront than if he had done some 20min interview with some major media corp. Maybe he was still spinning a story but he's ilkely more truthful here than with any other interviewer.
Overall it was interesting

Am i the only one who finds the "liver cleansing" part really really interesting? First, i work out too, use everything he said also (protein, amino acids, creatine, fish oil etc etc) but why the hell would you use liver cleansing stuff with this? I mean i know when you use liver cleansing stuff, you need that ish if you use steroids. Also its really interesting if you watch as soon as he says liver cleansing hes like instant "ehm oh whatever, you know.."

He's a steroid cheat. Just too much smoke for there not to be fire. The needle holes, the hiding from drug testers rumors, the weird e:t ratios, the POSITIVE F*CKING TEST.

Definitely...He cuts off his word, back tracks, and the fidgets, leans back in his chair, scratches his head, then resets his thoughts.
He definitely knew that he slipped on something there lol. Huge tells.
