A 6'7" 230lbs athletic small forward. He's averaging 16/5/3 on 45% from the field and 41% from 3.

Anyone else expecting the Clippers to fall to the 5th seed? The Rockets are winners of 8 straight as Eric Gordons got it rolling while the Grizzlies are getting Conley back by next week.

After their hot start they're 5-5 in their last 10 games, only the 8th best in the conference.

I really don't see much in the Clippers roster

U18 Eurobasket started this morning. Interesting game coming up, Germany-Finland. Isaiah HARTENSTEIN is a player to follow as a possible Raptor draft and stash target. I know a lot of people have him going in lottery, but I think he can drop to us.

It would be nice. With our luck, being one spot lower would mean missing out on some perfect fit for the roster. lol.

Wow I'm sold! On the Danjel Purifoy bandwagon. Still a lot of time between now and June. This kid could be in the mid teens by then.

they are an injury to paul or DJ from doing so. if either player misses a month or so they could drop to 7-8th in the west.

Right? The crazy thing is he was recruited by Kentucky, Michigan State, Michigan and Maryland where he would have been on the big stage, but chose Auburn. He may have gotten buried there by the younger freshman. I can't wait to see him against the bigger schools, I think he'll prove himself worthy.

Fox with the defensive stop to anticipate the pass to Justin Jackson in the corner. But such a tough pass by UNC.

A couple more sleepers to keep an eye on...

Peter Jok

He took over as the main scorer once Jarrod Uthoff left Iowa, and ran with it. He might be the best shooter in the NCAA (definitely top-3). His handle leaves a lot to be desired, and he's pretty much a one-trick pony. I'd put his ceiling at someone like Anthony Morrow. Not bad, but nothing to go crazy over.

Jack Gibbs

They call him the next Steph Curry. A lot of that has to do with him playing at Davidson. For every Steph there are a hundred Jimmer Fredettes, or Nik Stauskas', or Tyler Harvey's. Jack Gibbs likely joins the lower tier guys, but who knows. He's a great all-around shooter. He lit up UNC for 30 last week. But just like Jok, he doesn't do much outside of shooting.

Fultz
Jackson
Smith Jr
Ball
Tatum
Giles
Issac
Monk
Fox
Markkanen
Rabb
Ntilikina
Bridges
OG Anunoby

I'd say not making the Playoffs this year isn't the worst thing in the world. Any of the 14(lottery) players above would have a legit chance at being selected top 3 last draft. I'd take all these guys over Jalyn Brown, lots of Ingram and maybe a couple over Simmons.

This draft is ridiculous

Fultz is like a Westbrook - he loves the triple double. Every time he plays it's a possibility. Chriss should've stayed and played with him, his numbers would've been ridiculous.

Blake undergoing a minor knee surgery and will be out until sometime in January. You never want to hope for injuries, but if say Chris Paul were to miss a few games in that time span maybe the pick can end up closer to the lower 20s at some point.

Blake Griffin (right knee) will reportedly have arthroscopic surgery early this week, with an expected timetable of 3-6 weeks.
The right-knee surgery was dubbed a "clean up" procedure and it will reportedly cost him 3-6 weeks, according to Clippers beat writer Dan Woike. As long as he's out of commission, the Clippers are likely to turn to Paul Pierce, Brandon Bass and Marreese Speights for additional minutes. Griffin's owners should simply hold tight, since his relatively short timetable precludes a cut in standard leagues.

Now that Griffin is out a month, maybe the Clips struggle enough to drop a few spots by the end of the year to maybe early 20's?. And if that happens, maybe it's worth exploring a 2-for-1 deal to move up in this draft (if it's as good as some are anticipating it to be). Maybe we can target Brooklyn if they stay in the same position. Give them an extra boost for their youth movement by getting an extra draft pick and in return we get to pick at a higher spot and target a Blossomgame or Miles Bridges.
