No complaints about Allen but he would be a dt here not a de.

I would probably take ramczyk instead of Pocic because I feel our rt is being cut and we have no real in-house candidates.

I get the value of stars brother but unless we cut miller and let abry jones(who's shown to be at least a very capable starter) there's no need to double dip at dt. Instead I would look more towards kaaya(even our gm acknowledges Blake bortles needs competition at least or another linemen. Id probably go with lamp because he reminds me of Zack Martin

the two lineman make sense for the vikings, don't know about clement though. for one he gets injured a lot and i don't know if the vikings will take a rb that early (a lot will depend on if adrian is back, if he isn't they probably will go earlier for one)

I've seen some talk about Tim Williams going in the top 10. I think Watson is a second round talent at best.

I don't disagree, but QBs get pushed up the draft every year.

Cammo, do you think Myles Garrett projects better as a 4-3 DE or a 3-4 OLB? In watching A&M games, I'm struggling to comprehend how he doesn't bust as a 3-4 OLB...

I think he's pretty clearly a 4-3 DE. He may be athletic enough to become a 3-4 OLB, but it's always a risky move. A lot of good hand on the ground DE's have been ruined by that position switch.

Haha, glad I'm not crazy in thinking the same thing. Why does everyone seem to think he's such a great fit in Cleveland? Don't they run a 3-4?

They do, but like Bosa to SD last year, I think they see him more as a 3-4 DE than a 3-4 OLB.

Makes sense. What are your thoughts on how Allen would potentially fit in there as a 3-4 DE? Better or worse than Garrett?

Pretty sure they changed coordinators defensively so they probably looking at a 4-3 with Greg Williams

I think Allen's best fit would be as a 3-4 DE. It's pretty much what he played so well at Bama.

He's a legit 3-4 olb. Has production as well vs good competition.

I don't disagree, but QBs get pushed up the draft every year.

True, but cases like Bridgewater and Carr happen where fans are viewing them as very high commodities while GMs have a much different grade on them. Sometimes winning at the collegiate level over-inflates a prospects worth.
