Chandler would be a great backup here. I don't think I'd give up a 1st for him, though. I'd happily give two 2nds.

Chandler's history here would be a problem. His contract is horrific as well.
My picks:
2020 Draft (3rd pick) - Tyrese Haliburton, Devin Vassell, or Onyeka Okongwu
2021 Draft (11th pick) - Moses Moody

Jazz fan here, what would you guys want for Hibbert?

Exum :D

Seriously, i wish there was a way to get Hill from you for a fair cost (/read, no starters from the Hornets) as he could be an awesome fit here (players wise and coach wise).

For more realistic pieces, i assume some (here) would welcome Mack for Hibbert (+ maybe a second?) unless Exum is not expected to see the court before 2020. Other interesting fit for the Hornets, Ingles could bring another do it all player from the bench at a reasonable price (expiring though so..).

You have a logjam at guard positions anyway, but i don't think the Hornets have the pieces to get something going. Utah and Philly should find a deal (not involving Okafor though), both have choices to make and are obvious trade partners imo.

Why do you want him?

I'd take Joe Ingles + Jeff Withey

Gobert insurance policy.

Ingles isn't for sale, been our fourth best performer this season. Jazz players available would be Diaw, Withey, Mack and Neto (all not worth much value. I would give up a top 20 protected 2018 draft pick plus Withey. Is that unders?

I'm getting high on Jurkic ! He would fit this team so well... I actually put him in front of Zeller in the starting Five so that he can pass the ball to our primary scorer/slasher and put Zeller with the second unit so that they have a reliable Center to play with. Lamb would play better if Cody was playing PnR instead of Hibbert.

Jokic and Nurkic had a baby ? :P

I am not sold on Nurkic's defense. Some best off videos don't necessary prove anything especially when you check his opponent's stats.

As for the Jazz, if Mack was that cheap then i would not blink if Cho pulled the trigger to land him against Hibbert (+ cash/filler if salaries don't fit). I just doubt it would be enough.

This season Al leads the NBA in Post Up frequency rate, Nurkic is 4th. Al's efficiency is .98 PPP, Nurkic is .74 PPP.

So if you loved Al....

I wouldn't.

I'd be happy to trade you Kaminsky for something though

Trying to get on the Brandon Knight bandwagon so looking up his stats and ew. He's never had a positive +/- in his career, never had a positive net rating, perpetually 42% or below from the field, not a consistent 3PT shooter, relatively poor A:TO ratio, and his stats (both raw, per 36, and efficiency) have generally tanked when he's come off the bench.

What are the selling points for Knight?

With his contract and the stats you mentioned, I don't see him being worthy of consideration...

Nothing. People, and including yours truly were just spoiled by Lin last year and we need an improvement in that area. I do like the fact he can play the 1 and 2 though.

He might be relatively cheap to acquire and there probably aren't many decent players out there we could get without giving up our 1st. He could theoretically play next to Kemba.
