I don't know about the Cavs but if LeBron could outright say it he would definitely do the trade right then, he knows what his friend is capable of with a playmaker.

Had some bad Popeyes today. So i'm a game time decision for this one.

I like thier swing man combo of Barnes and Wes. Good defenders. Shoot from range. Can out up big scoring numbers.

Having either one of those guys instead of Noah would of

- forced us to play Melo at the 4 & KP at the 5 more
- added some much needed perimeter defense
- opened up more PT for WHG & KOQ, maybe even a starting gig
- in the scenario with Barnes, had our hybrid F of the future

****. We still have enough guys now to do it and don't. Clearly this organization doesn't understand how well this would work.

Melo doesn't want to play the 4 long term

He doesn't want all the physicality that comes with it and KP can't handle being the 5 for more than a spurt here and there

Until KP tears something and Melos arm falls off all together
