Reason why I love the NFL so much is because every year outside of the Pats teams adjust to other teams. It's not like the NBA where you can just say Warriors vs Cavaliers each year. I was a huge believer of the Chiefs prior to the playoffs. I can see them falling off a cliff next year like teams that usually do. They have an older team and might lost Berry + Poe.

I just can't believe in a team with Alex Smith as their QB. I try real hard. Just can't do it.

That's not always true. Cowboys lost Super Bowl V and came back the next year and won Super Bowl VI. :roll:

Ok. But that was 45 years ago. Recently the trend hasn't been good for teams. Plus you add in the way in which they lost. That would be devastating for any team.

Things are different today bjj. Back then there weren't as many teams to compete against. No free agency. 24/7 media attention, etc. Which is why its so hard to get back after a loss like that. Teams make adjustments. The last team to do it were the Bills. It just doesn't happen today in modern football.

Giants. They usually follow up a good season with a miraculous run to the Super Bowl. This offseason once they move that fat crap Flowers to another position, like cheerleader, they will be OK on offense.
