I wanna cheer for Lonzo Ball so i don't want him in the Atlantic division sodefinitely not Boston, New York or Philly. Also not Lakers just because.
I would like Dallas, Pelicans and Suns to get there.

Side note, if the Kings don't get the Pelicans pick this year, what do they get next year? is it unrpotected?

#1 Pick - Nuggets (if they lose their 8th seed)
Having An elite talent like Fultz to go along with Jokic would be fun to watch.

#2 Pick - Hornets
Alonzo Ball playing with Michael Jordan's Hornets.

#3 Pick - Suns
Josh Jackson. Booker and Jackson would be a fun duo to watch wearing Suns jerseys.

You do realise that it´s 69,5% that Suns pick in top-4 if they finish 3rd right? But yeah, it does feel like we´re picking 5th.

I want the struggling rebuilding teams that haven't found their superstar talent yet to have a top 3 pick. Minnesota has their guy (KAT), Philly likely has their guy if Embiid/Simmons stay healthy, my Bucks have their guy (GA), Phoenix likely has their guy (Booker) and possibly LA although it isn't as clear-cut (Russell/Ingram?).

So I'd go with Orlando, Sacramento, and Dallas.

Don't want Sac to get a better pick than Phi since they can do the swap.

I want to see

NY Need a top team in biggest market
IND Another star with PG
Cha like small markets to have good players.

I want the east to catch up with West.

Of course. I can add. Obviously I meant we you consider the odds of each individual pick, it is the highest. However, it is likely 1 team behind them jumps into top 3 but it's also almost a coin flip that they end up top 3. It's almost a roll of the dice between the top 5. But the combined odds of 4/5 are higher than the combined odds of 1/2/3.

I wouldn't root for a James Dolan owned franchise to win ****. No problems with their fans for the most part but their owner is the worst.

Besides the obvious "14 to 1 because they'd get really good" moves, the Timberwolves are my choice.

Anyone but the Lakers, they don't deserve to keep the pick.

I'd like teams like Magic, Suns and Knicks to get the top 3 picks.
I wouldn't mind a top pick to Philadelphia either, still better than the Celtics.

1. Pelicans (If Sac do not keep the pick, then it should help our chances with a good pick in 2019)
2. Magic (I want them to draft Lonzo Ball and watch LaVar's reaction from the stands when he realises his son is going to a small market team and moving to the other side of the country; plus Magic need some luck)
3. Suns (just so that too many teams do not jump us)

Phoenix Suns have never had a #1 pick so they definitely deserve one.

Also I really like Devin Booker so hoping that teams get's better.

Celtics play hard without ever tanking games thin or thick, and their management has done a tremendous job accumulating assets. They deserve a pick.

Just not the Lakers or Sixers.

Milwaukee - I feel bad about Parker and I would like to see someone pairing up with Giannis. Plus they are in the other conference, and I would love to see LaVar Ball freak out when Milwaukee drafts Lonzo.

Sacramento - The fan base has suffered enough in the past decade, pair whoever up with Buddy/Skal/whoever and they could be interesting.

Orlando - Because...I couldn't think of anyone else and I am pretty neutral on them.

Lakers- So they can trade it to the Pacers for PG.

Suns- curious to see a Ball/Booker backcourt.

Celtics- So they can trade it to the Pacers with Brown for PG.

This is not selfish at all.

I'd like to see Charlotte, Dallas or Minnesota get top 3 assuming Miami makes the playoffs. I'd root for Miami if they miss.

I hate tanking and want to see teams playing hard win a top 3 pick.

On the other side I really hope PHX and LAL fall out of the top 3. These are by far the worst blatant tankers.

I hope Orlando gets the first overall pick so that when they trade it to us for Doc Rivers, we can draft Josh Jackson.

I wouldn't consider Booker to "their guy". He's good but he seems like a good second option to me, sort of like Brad Beal. He's definitely needs a John Wall.

Orlando has been rebuilding longer than Philly and has much less to show for it. Let's not even talk about how quickly Minnesota turned it around. Anyway, being a magic fan, this franchise is in dire need of some talent, but not picking them id say New York/charlotte/Dallas.

Yeah, it's unbelievable that if Minnesota makes the playoffs next year it will have taken a mere 14 years.
