Idolizes Kirk Hinrich. Good answer that I think says a lot about him.

Edit: I'd be ecstatic if he reaches that level.

I honestly think Kirk is a great comparison for Baker. That's if Baker can develop into a consistent 3pt shooter.

Hinrich would be great, but I doubt he reaches that level, defensively. Would love that though

Defensively, he's already as good. It's his jumper that's lagging.

i'll admit, i didn't watch a lot after mid-marchish. but hinrich was one of the best perimeter defenders in the NBA for a few years. think he made an all-defensive team a year or two. i don't see baker making that. i hope i'm wrong

Says his favorite shape is rectangle

Clearly one of the players revolting against Big Chief Triangle.

I'd have to look again to make double sure, but it appeared to me that Baker had a slight hitch in his release towards the end of the year. Either way, you're right, he really needs to work on that open 3 pointer because it's going to be there for him.

Wish we played him more when the games counted. Covered a lot of the basics we lacked with his defense and ability to make the right pass on time.

We may suck next year, but it won't be from the lack of effort this guy brings on the floor.

Good signing by the FO. Looking forward to who we sign after the draft this year.

Celtics fan.
We also face the Kings twice in the near future. I think it's time Yabu pays back some of that free money he's been given his entire career and bounces Fox for a nice 2 week ankle sprain.

Someone ask him if and why he skipped the exit interview with Phil.

He actually typed "Derek Rose". That's priceless.

As someone following Hinrich back in days, I don't think Hinrich was a good shooter though.

His shooting was decent but his game is impactful, kinda like white, SG version of Draymond.

Did anyone ask him why the whole team hates Phil?

Baker's gameplay reminds me of Steve Blake a little IMO. If he adds a 3PT shot then yeah, he'll be a great Kirk Hinrich comparison.

Hinrich is the franchise leader in 3pt field goals made for Chicago. His average was above league average too IIRC.
