LOL at the raptors/Celtics fans who made fun of the knicks the last few years for being terrible and not making the playoffs. Yeah those teams are in the playoffs but at the end of the day they are treadmill squads going nowhere whose only role is to play the jobbers to Lebrons Cavs. You're never winning crap with derozen or Isiah as youre centerpiece.

KP will be a top 5 player in the league and when he's entering his prime lebron will be gone

Well, if you're a Celtics fan...let's be real. You're playing with house money. The Celtics didn't make any major moves at the trade deadline. Modest roster with decent talent but overachieved to #1 seed based on good coaching and commitment on the court. They have the Nets pick and they have Amir Johnson's horrific contract coming off the books. All good things come to those who wait.

The Raptors went all in. They traded for the overrated Bibyamo or Bilbao however you spell it. They HAVE to go somewhere because they are stuck with this roster in the foreseeable future.

What a huge break for the Celtics. Wow. Rondo can't shoot anyway, he can play with 1 less finger lmao

Celts always catch all the breaks.

Wait, actually, not. This is perfect. Beyond perfect, in terms of what happens to the Knicks and this board's reactions.

Grant will come in, play well, and there will be much infighting, cursing of phil for trading him, lauding of Phil for drafting him in the first place and generally much gnashing of teeth and symbolically pulling eyes out and sh*tting selves.

Grant plays big, Chicago wins. This is so very Knicks. :D

it's his right thumb, so it might be tough for him to play through it. However, Kobe played through injuries that were just as bad. Maybe Kobe can convince Rondo otherwise

i hear you. but the bulls suck. that's why them winning is meaningless. there's nothing to celebrate for their fans. it's jmmy butler, two old dudes and a d-league team. basically...they're us if kp pans out.

True. I've just learned to enjoy that when two teams I hate face each other, one of them has to lose.

The whole world thought Rondo was useless, and now they're cringing at the thought of the Bulls competing without him. That says to me that Rondo's effectiveness is directly proportional to his effort.

It's honestly quite ridiculous how many ex-Knicks that used to get slammed here are contributing playoffs players.

It's been that way since the Big 3 left. Rondo is one of my favorite players ever and "Playoff/Primetime Rondo" is a real thing. This is truly a shame he's so fun to watch when locked in
