I liked him too and thought we would have a good chance of drafting him. What's heartbreaking is ATL wanted two 2nd round picks to trade for him and we just gave one 2nd rounder away with Taj for the crap sitting on the end of bench right now.
I somewhat feel the Hawks will be the top bidder for him especially if Millsap leaves. I can see him getting a contract like Bazemore's that starts off at $16M with a $1M raise each year for 4 years.

Kids just so good.
KC: Do you still think you're a championship-caliber team?
Gar: I never said that and correct me if I'm wrong.
KC: You were asked that question at the news conference announcing Thibodeau's dismissal and you answered yes

Leonard is reminding people why he is the best 2 way player and a MVP candidate.

Memphis with the sweet game winner, now Portland are stomping the Warriors (for now). Fun night of west coast ball

McGee is exhibit A why it's rather pointless to invest too much in a true center.

Re: Around the NBA: Playoff Edition #2
Leonard is amazing, even when he cooled off a bit and had some bad plays he picked up again.
It was strange the Spurs decided to just go all Leonard the end of the game, as good as he was
Spurs 2-2 after being up 2-0 is just a reminder for Bulls fans not to stress. Sure the Bulls don't have the team, coaching or Leonard but the Bulls are the lower seed with much lower expectations
All these teams have the ability to win on any given night, even the Pacers are a CJ Miles 18ft jump shot and not blowing a 27 point late 2nd half lead away from being up 2-1 instead of down 3-0
So the Bulls lost game 3, big deal, they fought back from down 20 and their leader had one of his worst games of the season. Even if they lose game 4 it's no reason to throw in the towel, I'm sure most of us would have been very happy with 2-2 heading into game 5 before the series started
Now if they win game 4, that's when I'll start watching the Wizards/Hawks series a little closer

Helps that Tony Allen isn't playing.
Not taking anything away from Kawhi but Allen would be harassing him all game which would tire Kawhi out a little more.
You know how Bradley/Crowder take turns on Butler. A 40 year old Vince Carter isn't exactly a defensive mastermind.

McGee always had the tools, and now he's in a great situation.
Doesn't mean a guy like him is dime a dozen, though.

I'm really impressed with this Grizz team, including their coach. He's holding his own against Pop in his 1st playoffs no less. They're also missing their best perimeter defender in Tony Allen and a huge chunk of their salary cap in Parsons.

Re: Around the NBA: Playoff Edition #2
I always wondered, is Lebron really only 6'8? Everytime I see him matched up against other players 6'8 or taller, he always seems bigger or as tall as them.
