What are your thoughts on Tournament seeding?

I was thinking instead of having it be random, the 16 players all submit a ranking 1-16 of the teams, and the seeds are derived from that.

I like it, but only if the seeds are hidden. Otherwise the first couple of rounds are a waste of time. While the top couple will be obvious, there's a lot more chance of a 4 vs 12 upset happening if people don't know who was ranked where by the consensus.

And I'd like to do this if eligible.

I'd be up for such projects as soon as the season ends. I just can't fit something like this in between watching games (with the time difference being a killer). I don't know when the top 100 project will start but if you squeeze some fantasy game in between, I'd totally be up for it.

Eh, top 100 will start as soon as the Player of the Year for 2017 ends. We need to start this now and finish it in 5ish weeks before the project. No way would it last at the same time as the top 100.
