Looks like Masai has been in Belgrade recently, Bolden scouting?

Has anyone figured out why he's ranked so low on mocks even though he looks so good on tape?

"Older" player and has been playing overseas so harder to scout.

Bolden is at the top of my list.

I'm with you on Diallo if his shooting form has improve. It looked pretty ugly in video of him in high school.
Jeanne I could live with.
Giles is a hell no for me. 2 major surgeries in his knees(one in each knee) is too much.

I do not really want a centre but if gun is pressed to my head I'll take Bam. Bam shows he can develop his shooting and looks like a stretch power forward. Now his workout promo from Chicago looked like he was positioning himself as a legit stretch 4-5. Will teams buy? With a kid like that right off our bow it kills me to see us spend north of 20 on Serge. Bam I am warming to. Amazing that Weltman traded our pick to Orlando and now has that pick. We will all be cringing if he makes the more successful selection at 25. Weltman is probably wondering if he won or lost the Ibaka trade. He will probably say he won it for the Magic because the Raps were wanting to ratchet up play for the playoffs.

I think Bolden is on team radars but not media radars

Executives were reported to be watching his practises and games too

“That’s a kid I think people are kind of missing on,” a Western Conference executive said. “I’ve watched him intently. Serbian basketball has really taken a hit from a financial standpoint. They’re not playing in front of 20,000 people. But he’s accepted his environment. It can be a harsh place for minorities -- not from a racial type thing.

“It’s just a real different environment. It’s a big city, but it’s a slum city. People don’t smile much. Older people don’t smile because they don’t have anything. The young people think what they see on TV is what comes out of America. It puts a lot of pressure on a kid who’s different from what they think. They’re on a shoestring budget, and he’s produced.”

Said a Southwest Division executive: “he’s off the radar now and starting to gain interest … watched him live in game and practice in Belgrade -- he’s a slasher and runner -- plays inside and out and shoots the three with ease. He’s improved.”

Can somebody explain why this Hartenstein guy played 16 total minutes in the Euroleague and somehow is deserving of being drafted in the 1st round?

Magic seem unlikely to use all there picks so maybe we could trade back for 33,35

Us and the magic have been really connected lately so might as well continue it.

Hopefully Weltman has a deal already set up to send Corey packing for those 2 picks, least he can do for the reference

We all know damn well he wasn't the actual GM here.

He plays a little more frequently in the Lithuanian league (13mpg), but that's not that crazy for young European players. He's been on the radar for years, so is likely going off that draft class hype. I mean, it's not crazier than Zach Collins, Ike Anigbogu or Hamidou Diallo all getting 1st round consideration for barely playing in college. Teams take gambles, what can I say. Hartenstein is big, mobile and skilled and plays hard. 7 footers with skill that play hard will always be appealing.

I feel like Collins shouldn't be in the same group as those 3. Dude had great advanced metrics, and played/contributed as a freshman on a Final Four squad.

Or Delon. It would not be a bad deal to take back our 25th and the 35th. I am a Delon booster as well.

DSJ is at the top of their list only other player I see them taking is Tatum if he falls.

So not sure how Cory fits with magic.

I'm with you on Diallo. I really like him. I think his shot will definitely improve. Jeanne I could also live with due to sheer upside. If my list last year the day before the draft of guys I wanted to guys I thought would be busts is any indication, you can pencil in Giles as a hell no for me as well.
Want: Trae Young, Michael Porter Jr., DeAndre Ayton, Jaren Jackson Jr, Marvin Bagley III, Mohamad Bamba, Shai Gilgeous- Alexander, Elie Okobo, Jevon Carter
