Phils demeanor of hiding his head in the sand and letting Melo take all the flack is disappointing. I am not a fan of his managerial style at all.

Agreed. Phil seems to have lost touch and has an unjustified arrogance about him in this role. Very impressed with how melo has handled the whole situation
