Pacers/Hornets/Cavs Trade

Post#1 » by HornetsFan29 » Wed Jun 28, 2017 3:10 pm

Pacers Get: MKG & Jr Smith.

Hornets Get: Kevin Love

Cavs Get: Paul George,Marvin Williams, and Al Jefferson.

Why For Pacers? With PG13 saying he wants out they find his replacement In MKG Who a very good defender and will fit in nicly with the pacers and they also added some scorng off the bench with picking up Jr Smith.

Why For Hornets? Love would really fit nicly next to Howard and making the hornets even stonger.

Why For The Cavs? To Get PG13 and take down the warriors in June and also Marv Williams would fit nicly playing with Lebron and Big Al would be good coming off the bench for the Cavs.

I really love this for the Hornets with this new lineup of Kemba Monk Batum Love Zeller would be top 5 in the east imo and all the teams here come out good imo.

What you Think?

Cavs aren't taking Big AL That's a non starter. Hornets need to pay a third team to take him because they're getting Love for really cheap here.

I'm also not a fan of just throwing in JR like that. Good chance that the Cavs miss his shooting against the Warriors.

We need rebuilding assets and neither players coming back fit that. Easy pass for us.

you don't think Big Al would be good help off the bench for the Cavs? I do and facing the warriors who are not that big inside could come in handy to have another Big Like Big Al.

Al Jefferson is about done. He's gotta come to camp at least 20 lbs lighter this year or he won't play anywhere.

Big Al wouldn't play in the Finals unless one team or the other was up 30 with two minutes left.

I get that he is still young (will actually be 24 soon), but I still wouldn't consider him a rebuilding piece right now. We would prefer picks/prospects on rookie deals.

MKG is ok, he's not much on offense, but I think he's still a good defender, but J.R. Smith? No way. Not gonna happen.
