If we can get players at a decent annual number, then idrc about the years tbh. I think giving people short deals for flexibility might be overstated. Cleveland didn't start 2014 offseason with cap space, they just made it work after Lebron said he would go. Same with KD/Golden State and Hayward/Boston. We just need to pile up our warchest.

Hopefully the Heat can snag both Waiters and JJ for around 3/33 or 4/40

Jeff Green is the kiss of death tbh. Dude is a basketball black hole that sucks up any and all hype in the vicinity.

Also the celtics are trying to steal the 7/11 nickname meant for Goran and Dion.

We should also consider getting involved in some salary dump trades. Raptors are looking to dump Corey Joseph and the Nuggets are most likely dumping one of their bigs for Millsap.

Re: Miami HEAT Offseason/Trades/FA Thread: Sardine Central 3.0
H. Whiteside $23,775,506
G. Dragic $17,000,450
D. Waiters $10,000,000
J. Johnson $10,000,000
W. Ellington $6,270,000
J. McRoberts $6,021,175
T. Johnson $5,821,260
J. Winslow $2,705,040
B. Adebayo $2,490,360
J. Richardson $1,471,382
R. McGruder $1,312,611
O. White $1,312,611
$88,180,395
Thats 12 players....with Haslem on the vet minimum after the fact it would be 13.
We would have about $10 million to play with as well as the room exception (a little over $4 million).

We should just give Dion 4 years. He's still young and his market value probably isn't at all time high due to the circumstances.
