I agree with you, the only issue I see is that without them even in this weakened eastern conference we are looking at the realistic possibly of being in the lottery again. Remember our draft pick (top 8 protected) goes to the Suns. A three time back to back lottery team can’t sell culture and it sure can’t sell family either so...

Whiteside/Aldridge/J. Johnson/Waiters/Dragic is a legit starting 5.
We may have to trade Winslow and my boy J-Rich but I'd take that and run
dolphinatik wrote:every other teams locks up their guys first, we make them wait and hope they don't feel disrespected when we finally get around to offering them less value. I dont want to lose JJ and Mion but if we do is on us. Offer them good value and be prepared to lose them. Dont overextend like we did for Bosh. Just because their agents are trying for a bidding war doesn't mean the player is on board.
I want Beas back.
Melo is still out there.
Tyreke is a possibility
Roberson.
If anything we need to at least get JJ back.

Im happy to lose J-Rich in a LMA trade, but not Winslow. For me it needs to be something along the cap-clearing lines of McBob/Ellington/J-Rich for LMA. Winslow should be off-limits here.dolphinatik wrote:every other teams locks up their guys first, we make them wait and hope they don't feel disrespected when we finally get around to offering them less value. I wouldn't mind a 17th shot with Beas, but at some point we need to move on.
No thanks to Melo, or any RFAs.

People need to realize what we are doing and what we are doing is tanking. Goodbye to TJ and his horrible contract. Dragic may be out the door. Anybody and everybody not named Whiteside could be gone if they add a significant amount of Capital to the Cap next season.
Riley is set in stone after going after the Banana Boat crew or others next season and getting ready to retire. He isn't building young he is building to win that year.

WoW looking at the list of players we can't even get 1.

Riley won't bring back LeBron and Wade. Forget about it.

These days, anybody who is capable of making a rotation is getting 20 million a year.
We wouldn't have to be bidding against the market for Jordan Bell or Sin Thorn.

there was one whale available and he went to play for his college coach...
