Went to bed with about 3 minutes left in the 4th quarter of the game last night. The video froze on a picture of Bam leading the fast break like a guard. Stud.

Best Bam game to date, never seen him move like that before. Still feel like the TT comparison fits him best but Draymond in the open court is what he looked like in flashes. His handles aren't comparable to Dray's yet but he's definitely got the speed. Dray's shooting, playmaking and role in a high-octane offense probably makes him more effective than if he was on an average offensive team but the skill is big nonetheless. Anywhere as effective as TT or to a lesser extent Dray, we have a player

Well clearly you've seen a lot of TT. What part of his game, other than rebounding, is drawing similarities? Was TT scoring like Bam does before LeBron went back?

Rebounding, lateral quickness, ability to switch. His scoring ability is with (???) until seen in-game and team setting, you know better than most not to take SL too literally. With or without, TT's the best NBA comp I can come to

He's much bigger than Draymond, I think less athletic Blake with longer arms

He's 6 pounds heavier but draymond has longer arms, love his motor.

last night was a nice game from him, he looks to pass more than i thought too, which is kind of nice.

Last night resemble Kemp. No bishop that doesn't mean prime Kemp. Bam has an extremely mature post game for a 19 yr old. It is amazing to how many ways he is capable of scoring

I view Draymond as a sf body with pf skills, I don't have that confusion with Adebayo's frame. I mean he's an inch taller without shoes than Draymond with them. Bigger wingspan and standing reach, I really don't see the comparison frame/size wise

Adebayo has a 7'3 wingspan compared to 7'1 for Draymond Green. Green also reported a 11.3% body fat at the combine compared to Bam's 5.3%. Bam also measured about 6'9 barefoot compared to 6'6 for Green. Bam is also more athletic

Adebayo looks like a mini Dwight physically with the skillset of a combo forward.

Oh I'm not. I've never asked why he drew comparisons to TT for you. I can't sit here and say "no, you're wrong". There's reasons why and those are good ones. You see the similarities on the defensive end, as I suspected. On the offensive I I think he's kind of playing like someone who has been caged up. His skill is there and it shows, but there's times where I question his decision making. Like he doesn't have that natural feel of what move to do that fit certain situations. I think it's going to take some time for that side of his game to grow because he's going to need a college season's worth of reps that he wasn't allowed to use for a whole year.

No way will refs give him those calls out the gate and nba 4s and 5s will have him scouted for initiating contact down low.

He really needs to dial in that jumper. That will open up his floor game or else defenders are going to play him soft and jump his gap to draw charges or make him throw up bad attempts at drawing fouls.

He's a better passer than I thought. He would be racking up assists if his teammates could shoot.

I'm starting to think we purposely surrounded Bam with inferior talent so we can see how he adapts and see how good he can be when he finally does have the talent.

He showed some scoring versatility but at the same time still a lot of rawness. It's more conceivable for me to believe that whatever translates will be closer to his norm. Not ignoring the upside, can't ignore it but wouldn't get carried away until he's in a team setting

I'd say bams closer in playing style to a guy like Kenneth fareid, with an athletic comparison to a smaller Dwight Howard.

I think he will have a comparable role to Tristan Thompson, but ultimately bams gonna have a much different role offensively down the line if he develops. He's got a lot more skill than Thompson offensively.

I'd say a bigger Kenneth fareid is his best comp at the moment.

I completely forgot about Faried, that is a good comparison. I'd take a Kenneth Faried-type player with a slightly better FT stroke and more versatile skill-set defensively.
