Some of these comps are way too generous. If he ends up a one trick effective shooter with a good feel for the game ala Marco Belinelli than that's a win for him. Most likely he's just a guy who can shoot but you can't really play him cause of his defense.

He was in the dunk contest, but I don't see him as a crazy vertically explosive player either. If you watch that dunk contest, its nothing special.Theres McDonalds high-school dunk contests that would put that to shame.

Martin was never that either, but he would throw it down in open space....he mainly drew fouls driving or finished with finesse and he often used the pump fake to get the space to attack on aggressive closeouts due to his shooting ability.Martin also seemed a little more fluid/quick.Coordinated, but he also really didn't take off till his 3rd year in the NBA....Korkmaz tried to finish quite a few times with a really soft touch and it resulted in some misses, but he's shown some glimpses of being more then just a spot up shooter, and this is at just turning 20 years old with 0 NBA development/training which is intriguing. He also seems to have a similar rotation of his hips on the follow through.

Obviously if he went on to have a similar career as Martin, it would be a home run. Im using this as a "best case" scenario, but just think I see some similarities in them overall. Brent Barry is certainly a decent comp too,as well as Marco Belinelli which are possibly more realistic ones. Any of them would result in a pretty good hit with a later 1st for BC.

More I see him play, the more I like him as a 6'7 SG. Redick could teach him some invaluable tricks.

I don't know if I see Brent Barry. Maybe if you isolate the shooting and they have similar frames. But that's where it ends. Marco Belinelli is a good comparison but Korkmaz is more athletic than he was. But their shooting is pretty spot on.

After having just seen his highlights I can confidently say he will be the next Manu Ginobili.

For real though, looked better. Thinking spot minutes because of defensive issues due to his poor frame, but he has a lot of talent. Could be a nice player in the future

He's a little better than advertised. Shooting is an obvious strength, but he nice vision and feel for the game. Savvy moves around the basket as well. Solid addition, but probably is only a spot player for the Sixers that needs to develop more in Delaware this year. Could be a great contributor late in the season or next year.

Mike Miller was a pretty damn good player in his prime. Don't think he and Furkan are similar at all in terms of playing style/ability/build.

I liked what I saw from Korkmaz. I think he can become a solid contributor. I also think his defense wasn't as bad as I was expecting.

i just said that hes more athletic than Miller to point out that they are not similiar players, because ppl comparing him to Miller but they are completely different type players .

Watch that dunk again his feets barely gets off the ground. Have you ever seen Miiler steal the ball go to rim and finish with a reserve dunk ? Leave alone dunking, you must be blind not to see their agility not even on same level, Miller looks like moving in slow motion.
