What does that have to with anything?

Obviously Kyrie was unhappy in Cleveland.

But that doesn't mean he wanted it known that he demanded a trade.

LeBron's best buddy is the one that made it public.

"LeBron's best buddy" is also the one who made Kyrie's previous demands out of town public while LeBron was still on the Heat.

Why should we assume that this story is coming from LeBron's camp and not Kyrie's camp like last time?

LOL he never made Kyrie's demands "public."

All he did was speculate about what Kyrie was thinking. That's completely different.

Do you have to rush to LeBron's defense on every topic on this forum? Are you ever able to look at situations involving him objectively?

Eh. He's fringe top 10.

Off the top of my head -

Jordan
Wilt
LeBron
Kareem
Shaq
Magic
Bird
Duncan
Russell
Olajuwan
Roberston

All have claim to be better than Kobe. Personally, Kobe would be 11th or 12th for me.

Is it possible for Cavs to trade Kyrie, Love, and Fillers for Melo, Porzingis, and Bledsoe?
Sometimes I'll start a sentence and I don't even know where it's going. I just hope I find it along the way.

There has to be something more to the story....there's no way he demands a trade off a team that is a heavy favorite to make the finals where he has a huge role to go to a **** team. I understand doing this next year if Lebron is leaving but why announce this right before the season is starting?

I don't see why it's so weird. It's been reported by multiple sources now that he wants to be the clear-cut primary ballhandler, was sold on that when he signed his 2nd contract before LeBron came back, and has struggled with not being that for 3 years with LeBron.

He has his ring already, he's not CP3 who's desperate for hardware. He's already won it all and has been to 3 straight finals, the shine of being on a contender and playing w/ a top 3-5 GOAT has wore off and now he wants to fulfill his career goals of being the main playmaker elsewhere. And all 4 destinations he picked make sense in their own ways.

That is what he said. It is also unprofessional.

I think he wants to be the one to leave, kind of a "No I broke up with you" scenario AND he figures if he doesn't get traded now, he will next year IF LeBron leavs, before the team sucks.

Leastly he is prepping Cav fans for his exit, unlike LeBron circa 2010.

Boston would certainly do such a trade but Cleveland wouldn't. Irving is a much better player. I'd even rather have Bledsoe than Thomas

Kyrie is better and will age better but it's funny that neither are good defenders but only IT gets **** for it. IT tore up John Wall in the playoffs who is supposed to be a shutdown defender.

I think that would be a good deal for Boston. Kyrie is like 4 years younger and doesn't have the height limitation, even if they both suck at defense it should be way easier to hide Kyrie or even get him to play better defense if you have a team that actually tries

Throw in Jaylen Brown and we got a deal.

You mean straight up, or Boston gives something else too? If the later, possibly. The Cavs could probably use a player like Smart or Crowder. Cavs could throw in another guy too.

Irving > IT. Moreover, his game will age better and he is younger than IT. One issue is that Irving makes much more than IT right now so the Celtics have to add some parts, and that extra something might end up making the trade not worthwhile for the Celtics.

Cavs couldn't really give anyone else unless Boston ships out half their roster as it would put them over the luxury threshold or something. The salaries have to match almost exactly unless you get a third team.

Of course doing a deal w/ the team you're very likely to face in the conference finals has probably more potential to blow up in your face than any GM would want to risk. Like say one of the players you traded ends up being key in knocking you out, oh my would that be humiliating - plus you could very likely be fired.
