Remember back a few years ago when Dwayne Wade started wearing sunglasses during games because of what he claimed were "migraines"?

Opposing players started complaining that they couldn't see his eyes, which gave him an unfair advantage when it came to passing. He was basically throwing no-look passes no matter where he looked. The league banned in-game sunglasses after like 3 games of him wearing those.

Lonzo's eyes are light-colored af. Like blueish/greenish. Watching game footage, it's hard to tell sometimes where he's looking on the court versus most other players because of his eye color.

Does this give him the same kind of advantage that Wade was going for those few games wearing sunglasses, but naturally?

Jason Kidd has green eyes.

Dear Lord, this is some good weed . . .

We haven't seen Ingram play more than one Summer league game since the end of last season. How can it be assumed he wouldn't go higher than fourth if he stayed in college one more year?

Also, if the Suns aren't willing to trade Josh jackson to acquire Kyrie Irving I'm more than OK with the Lakers not attempting to trade Lonzo Ball or Brandon Ingram for Kyrie.

76 is probably a little low for Ingram, but when you look back at how his rookie season was viewed by people in non-Laker land, I'm not surprised.

Eh, I don't think minutes played is the barometer for how high they should be. As a lonzo homer, I have no issue with him being higher than Ingram, but other than that also a) its a game where ratings are just a cumulative total of stats that dont always show who is the best player to play as, and b) Ingram's numbers were not great last year, so any objective rater might not give him a boost for time served vs. lonzo.

but 4 ratings higher. How?

I mean his numbers weren't great but a 76 is harsh also considering Russell is also an 80 (and his numbers were pretty bad also).

I mean if its a situation where its an 80 because his passing and handles are an A fair enough.

Ingram won Summer League MVP and ROY last year, so yeah it is kind of crazy that he's ranked lower than Ball. I see your point.

Although I kinda feel the same way about us. I hope lonzo isn't made to run plays like we've been doing for the past three years. I understand the 80% of the league runs the same plays... Some better than others, but I rather give the ball to lonzo and let him make something happen.

Considering what he did last year, a 76 for Ingram is pretty spot on, if anything may be more of a 74-75 to be honest.

There's a big difference between someone who doubts Ingram and someone who simply acknowledges how bad his rookie year was.

I have as much confidence and hope for Ingram as I do Ball, but doesn't change he fact his overall rookie year was terrible.

he had bad rookie year but that's expected. but i see he has enough arsenals to be a 25 ppg scorer in the future once he's ready.

I see a very good scorer (not elite) with great defensive potential, which puts him as one of the best SF's in the league
