We also face the Kings twice in the near future. I think it's time Yabu pays back some of that free money he's been given his entire career and bounces Fox for a nice 2 week ankle sprain.

What's up with Lauri? Why did he only take 6 shots in their loss against Italy?

Lithuania dug its own grave in the first half. You never let a team like Greece have a double digit margin so early. All the rest was to little too late. A pity really for the neighbors. But this was the weakest Lithuania I have seen in years.

Pretty much shut down by Italians. They closed all passing lines to him allowing others to shoot.

I thought Kuz played well. He scored efficiently and played D with intensity in the second half. But they were in too big a whole.

If that was KP, everybody would ask why he didn't create his own shot.

And that will be the question that will be asked about Lauri when it comes to NBA. Finland did not have that strong an opposition in preliminaries, except France. So I would still be cautious before I see him in NBA action.

Lithuanian backcourt is the weakest in years. And by bulking up Valanciunas Raptors have done a disservice to his overall skillset. Respect to Knicks staff in this regard.

It is strange seeing both France and Lithuania eliminated this early.
