Unless he shows out like crazy this season, he just lost a for sure 39 million by declining Minnesota's extension. Ha....

He most likely did this because his rights are back in play, making the ability of getting a decent contract still possible. But he should def fire his agent or himself for passing up 4 for 40ml.

The best part is, you really can't delete anything from the internet. So he's just going to have to admit this failure head-on.

Nah man. Hard pass.

The guy is a chucker and a tweener. He may be young, but he'd have pissed you guys off and would've been one more guy to yet again get in Porzingis' way for shots.

I know on the surface they may SEEM like the same player, but THJr is a pure SG who may at times have a go at SF, whereas Shabazz is an undersized SF (dude sucks from the Perimeter, whereas THJr hits at a CONSISTENTLY higher % on WAAAAAAAAAY more times/attempts from 3).

THJr also has SIX times ( :o ), more APG than Shabazz. Hence why he'd be the better fit for Porzingis and others, than Shabazz.

...but that's just my 2¢ :D

On the surface, Baz is paid like a guy who won't get any burn.....THjr is paid like a starter. For that alone, THjr better have a much better fit than Baz would with the Knicks, otherwise that would make said signing even look more silly than originally thought. Baz has been behind Wiggins his entire career, minus the year Aldeman was working him over....he's never had the opportunity THjr has. 1.6 million vs stuck paying meh for 17.....yeah, on the surface they aren't the same player, but the amount of money between the two vs the talent differential is ridiculous.
