Interesting that they have Bridges ahead of Williams. I would have that reversed. Williams is a beast. Nothing against Bridges who is a beast in his own right, but I'd rather have the 6'11 beast in Williams.

I take this a bit more seriously now that Jonathan Givony is doing it for ESPN.

Is Williams really that big though? He is listed at 6'9 on both draftexpress as well as nbadraftnet. He's a tough guy to rate for me. Personally I'm usually super-low on those PF-sized bigs that have not nearly as much perimeter and shooting skills as you'd wish. If he doesn't figure out that part you're looking at a smallball-Center option off the bench in the mold of Montrezl Harrell, Faried, etc. Phoenix Chriss is another one of those dudes. I'd be very hesitant for my team to draft a guy like Williams in the top 7.

E.g. I wouldn't have taken him in the top 12 last year. Outside the top 5 this is going to be a relatively 'normal' draft this time around so he'll probably go relatively early, but he really has something to prove in his sophomore year Imo. The shooting touch needs to come around at least to a certain degree.

Well, it's more the width than length for Williams that's impressive. He's like 240 lbs, immense frame, a massive 7'4'' wingspan and still has the ability to jump through the roof.
However, I personally agree with you that he's a bit overrated. Long ways to go with his shot and his BB IQ wasn't impressive to me as well.

Robert Williams will likely measure at least 6'10" with a 9'2" or better standing reach by the end of the season. The 6'9" measurement on DX is a year or two out of date. He may end up as a 5 the way teams play now. If he's expected to play around the rim then he's more prepared than if he's expected to play out on the floor. Physically and skillwise he might be somewhat comparable to Derrick Favors, but possibly with better shooting touch.

Man, not really I get the concerns with Robinson, although his lack of name might come from hype more than deep analysis, and Bamba feels solid for a certain playing style.

I just have concerns with Bamba explosiveness or lack there of, he needs to be able to be a lob-threat catch to stay on the floor in the current NBA enviroment, or they will scheme him out of games.

Bamba still feels safer, but Robinson for me has higher upside.

I haven't seen anyone post his PS games vs. Australian teams, so I'll link one here.

Go to 0:11. That's almost a stand-still dunk..that take off is insane. I think he's extremely explosive with or without space. For me, his floor on offense is a PnR lob finisher.

I doubt they'll sit out. The only one might be Ayton due to Arizona's assistant being busted. Even then, Ayton wasn't the player who they caught.

I'm surprised the NCAA hasn't investigated Mitchell Robinson.

Most of the players are not named but if you pay attention to the schools involved, it makes them stand out. Sexton has Chuck person tied to him which is why he didn't go to a blue blood. $tansbury probably knows but you know Mitchell suddenly visited Kansas when he was in limbo so it's probably a possibility. Fran frascilla said late August that something behind the scenes would have seismic implications. Think of any recruitment in the last five years that made zero sense, and you start to go hmmmm.

Its not just the unusual schools at risk. The blue bloods are very much at risk right now if some of these people start talking to the Feds.

That said, we are about to have a wave of decommitments, recruits ruled ineligible and thus forced into the G League or year long training and programs being handed the death sentence. NCAAMB might be more boring than we anticipated this year.
